Nice place. Fun selections. Good price. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Convenient location. Waitrose is pretty much everything that I would expect from a good grocery store. When I was tired of eating out every meal, I can go there and buy something simple to cook in my hotel.

This waitrose is good in size and variety of products.
One of the few places with actual good costumer service. My appreciation to Gordon's outstanding costumer service who many times helped me out always with a genuine smile on his face.

Sometimes I think of being blessed to do my grocery shopping at my local Waitrose. Imagine to be limited to the one where every little hurts.

Today I experienced yet another personal attentive service and was prompted to write this. Fitz did not point to his colleague. He took an action himself and with a warm smile sorted me in a "freezing fruit & veg" section of the store. See it, Say it, SMILE IT!

Decent size supermarket with wide range of best British products. Shops is clean and well organised. Stock is always up to date. Shop do provide seating area and few coffee machines. I am always pleased with service they do provide.

Waitrose=HIGH QUALITY. It's a top brand quality chain shop and like all the shops in this chain it doesn't dissapoints.
A huge variety of organic produce topped by high-standard professionalism.

A good sized grocery store that is well stocked and clean. A fine produce along with fresh meat/seafood selection. Aittle pricey but well worth it for the products offered and convenience.

Shabbiest waitrose shop I've seen from the outside - decent enough once inside. All the usual things are stocked. It's quite a big branch. Unless you know where it is, it's quite difficult to find. Helpful staff. Update 2022 August - still a bit rough on the outside but a proper Waitrose inside. Pleasant staff and good range of products. Should try to make itself more obvious.

Great to have such a big store in central London. Great food quality and friendly staff with nice offers every week. It is very easy to eat healthy by shopping at this Waitrose. Highly recommend it, however the prices are slightly higher than other stores but I have a feeling that the quality is better

Very good environment and products are high of quality. Particularly liked the service given by Kobir at self checkout, asked a question and he gave me more then I needed and was cheery and friendly. Kudos to him.

Gets a 5 star from me - all staff were helpful and happy to help. One staff member in particular named Marie (at the welcome desk). Her customer service was exceptional, I haven't experienced customer service like it before. Her shift had finished, but stayed an extra 15 minutes (which I hope you pay her for!) to wrap a bouquet for me. She did a fantastic job, and took it upon herself to help me with flower selection. This world needs more Marie's - if this gets passed to you THANK YOU!

So much variety of products and so many drinks you can't find anywhere else. Not so big but so well organised. Loved it and definitely going back. If you looking for any gifts this is the best place from flowers to chocolate boxes to wine or spirits. Was trying so many shops to find the Sipsmith Wimbledon edition and this was actually the only place I found it after trying Tesco, sainsbury or Wine shops

A great branch to do your shopping. Staff is really friendly and always available to help, the shop is clean, tidy and well stocked and there's a wide range of products. Also you have both some out space to enjoy a coffee as well as a Pret just opposite.

Today I was helped by an extremely helpful member of staff, Petrina, after needing some assistance returning a package. Petrina was more than happy to help and she ensured my item was returned successfully. BEST customer service in this branch!

Best grocery experience in north/east London

Excellent customer service! We were looking for an ingredient and a lovely staff member called Ashley helped us find an alternative who worked very well. This is a great store with lovely staff memebers.

Excellent store with exceptional staff. I am particularly greatful for the double malt Peroni being available. But please guys and gals why do you not stock more of these when they clearly sell faster by two for every other Peroni.

Great size Waitrose hidden in middle of The City of London next to fortune park with a large selection of produce selection, everyday items and a huge selection of spirits, wines and beers. Has a sushi food shop that my kids love !! Also has a small gardening section as well.

Great service staff that gives you a family feel. Highly recommend to visit !!

This is a lovely shop, like most Waitrose. Great selection and nice staff. Being a Waitrose and being next to the Barbican is does have some things you never knew you needed! The only tiny annoyance is it has terrible phone reception, so impossible to phone if you need to check on anything
