After visiting different salons to find the cut my daughters were happy with we finally found spirit!
Couldn’t recommend Anya enough!
Very professional and friendly made my daughters feel comfortable as they where nervous about the cut having bad experience in the past
One has very curly hair and it’s difficult to find someone good at cutting it and knows what they are doing but Anya was amazing!
Would highly recommended her!

I had a salon I went to in my native Cornwall who I loved but when I relocated to South Wales I was so worried about finding a salon who could match them in terms of talent & making me feel like a valued customer. I shouldn’t have worried at all. Every single member of the Spirit Hair team are friendly, professional & incredibly talented. Every time I go I am greeted like a friend & the service is impeccable. From the first consultation to finding a rhythm with my stylist, I feel like they “get me” & offer advice from colour to style to aftercare. I’d like to give a special mention to Alex; he is the absolute dream. The way he vibes with his clients is a skill you can’t teach, & he has it in spades. It’s very rare you find someone who has the skill & talent to the level he has, he is a natural hair angel & all round wonderful human. 10/10 all round & I would recommend Spirit to anyone

I was nervous going to the salon for the first time in years but the first time was lovely! Every time I get my hair done, it looks fabulous. Looks and smells amazing. Alex is fantastic. I always get a little coffee and biscuit and just get to relax. Everyone at the salon is lovely!

A really fantastic salon. I went to Spirit having had highlights very poorly done at another salon. Spirit listened to what I wanted and carefully explained to me the best action to take. My hair looks so much better and it is clear that they also care about the health of your hair. Every member of the team I interacted with was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend and will be back.

Great professional service and friendly staff. I go for top notch barbering - cut, styling, colouring and beard upkeep. Great appointment system with reminder text. Always feel well looked after. Always get good service here. Professionally run salon in the Valleys. Staff are friendly and always welcoming. Love being able to have a choice of drink while having my hair done. Great with kids too.

I honestly can’t describe how brilliant the team are, my son was nervous at first as he hasn’t had the best experience in other places, everyone in the salon made him feel safe and happy, they were kind and caring! And best of all they spoke to him and not about him and it was his opinion that mattered the most. Fantastic place highly recommend.

It’s hard to summarise how great this place is but I’ll give it my best shot!
My sibling has selective mutism and I have social anxiety so when we were looking for somewhere to have a haircut it was very important that it was friendly and accessible. Im happy to report this place went above and beyond! All the staff were incredibly considerate and that’s on top of our lovely haircuts! We will definitely be going here again :)

Excellent customer service!!!
This was my first time ordering hair products from them, and it was quite eventful. So, let me begin - as I said in the beginning, I ordered hair products and was waiting for them to arrive. A month passed and I still didn't get anything, and decided to see what was the delay - turns out that I put the wrong post code. Janine (the salon manager) not only reassured me that it was okay (as this post code doesn't exist), but she was considerate enough to send me another box to not wait any longer. Since the shampoo I ordered was out of stock, Janine put an alternative instead AND also sent me the shampoo from my first order. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and the service!

Great haircut from Josh today! The shop as a whole follows Covid restrictions strictly which is comforting, everything was cleaned and between each person. Haircut was quick and reasonably priced, Josh was great and professional. Will be going back for my next cut!

Have always had good hair cuts here, love the service and atmosphere, but today had the best cut ever from Darryn, chuffed to bits with it, thanks so much!!

My regular hair dressers. Always have my hair coloured here and I have no complaints at all... the colour room is separate from the main hair floor which is nice. Always offered a drink on arrival and half way through visit.

Great haircut by Jordan at the Outpost (part of Spirit I understand). Nice to have a gentle cut without having my scalp assaulted which seems to be the trend these days! Will certainly return 👍

Really great service and a lovely friendly team they made my 13 year old daughter very happy and accommodated myself for a appointment at a suitable time for me lovely ladies and gent in there and also 25% off for new customers just can't go wrong
