Cardiff Stone

Absolutely delighted with our stunning quartzite worktops from Cardiff Stone. Given the huge variation between individual blocks of natural stone, Kate and Emma were fantastically helpful as we chose our preferred slab, and installation went like clockwork.

The test of a supplier is what happens when things go wrong. Through no fault of Cardiff Stone, we had a faulty slab with a natural fissure that only became apparent after fitting. Emma helped us find a replacement that was a close match to our original choice, and the faulty slab was replaced without any fuss or damage to the kitchen. When we had a problem, the owner of Cardiff Stone called to reassure us, "We never let our customers down." He was right - and our kitchen looks beautiful.

I would just like to say a big 'thank you' to Emma at Cardiff stone. I had an issue with the joint on my worktop 16 month's after installation. I contacted Emma and she arranged for a repair at no cost when they were next in my area. I had an issue with the first date but Emma quickly arranged another one and the joint was quickly repaired. Very good customer service.

I engaged Cardiff Stone to supply and install both worktops and a backsplash for my bespoke kitchen in addition to a worktop for my Island with a "waterfall edge" and which was an important feature in an overall larger project and planned extention. From the outset I received an exemplary service from all concerned making my choice of stone - Calacatta Gold Nuovo Quartz an easy choice in terms of quality and cost. In addition, Cardiff Stone stored my stone to commencment of my works. The templating was undertaken with meticulous care and planning with continued advice on same and the final fitting was nothing short of a masterclass of craftsmanship. The result was stunning and a prime example of their obvious knowledge and expertise. This is a First Class Company with First Class friendly staff throughout from Reception/Advisors to skilled craftsmen and whom without hesitation I would recommend. Thank you Bassel, Kate, Mark and everybody at Cardiff Stone.

Kate and the team did a wonderful job sorting out my kitchen countertop. It was a small but difficult job -- i wanted all the bells and whistles when it came to sink and tap designs but I only had a small space to fit all in -- and they were professional, patient and most importantly honest with all the adjustments. I thought they were brilliant to work with and looking forward to the next project.
Definitely worth popping into the shop to get inspired!!

Having my kitchen and utility rooms remodelled and needed to select new worktops.
After being recommended to Cardiff Stone, I made an appointment to visit their showroom and discuss options.
The showroom itself was beautifully laid out and immaculate. It really gave me lots of ideas for decoration as soon as I entered.
Great display of granite, marble, quartz, beautiful porcelain tiles, even kitchen sinks.
The owner Bassel,took our appointment himself and after listening to our likes/dislikes, helped us choose the ideal materials and design.

Excellent and prompt service given in the store and then onsite, with measuring, delivery and fitting. Faultless.

Quartz work top delivered and fitted today ; 2 days ahead of schedule. They were efficient , friendly, massively good value and such good craftsmen. I would recommend strongly.

With plenty of companies to choose from we were torn between 2 and all i can say is wow! Im so happy we went with cardiff stone. Mario and kate were an absaloute delight to speak with and kept us informed from start to finish, the fitters turned up early and within an hour and a half they were done and gone. Cant recommend the guys at cardiff stone enough A++ job. Thanks guys!
