Sir Plus is a fantastic shop. The quality of the garments is obvious and the cut is relaxed and classic but cool. The actual shopping experience was pretty great. A chair for a companion to wait in and extremely helpful, knowledgable, honest and actually pretty exceptional staff. A cut above the rest.

Came to sirplus looking for an outfit for my wedding. Henrik and his colleague (didn’t catch her name as she was serving another customer when I left!) were super helpful, real can do attitude as I tried on about 80% of their stock and just gave a real feel good vibe!

The clothes are great, material feels good and they all fit really well. Great place to go if you are looking for garments for a smart occasion but doesn’t break the bank. Also like how their stuff can also fit something a bit more casual.

I have purchased quite a few items from Sir Plus for my husband. The quality of the garments are of a very high standard. The attention to detail is impeccable. One of my husband's favorite shirts is one made of the softest cotton imaginable! Even when bringing the shirt to the cleaners, she remarked on how soft and luxurious the shirt felt! She said she'd never felt cotton like that before! I bought one of the wool sweaters (jumpers) in a X-Large for myself...I love big roomy men's sweaters! It is now one of my most favorite winter go-to items. I know we will get many years out of our Sir Plus purchases. I was also quite surprised that shipping was free (over a certain $ amount), even to the USA! And the package arrived beautifully wrapped and in two days!!! I can't seem to get that service here! A truly great experience.

Yesterday (5th October) I bought a Midnight Herringbone Nehru Waistcoat as a wedding anniversary present for my husband. The incredibly helpful assistant in Sirplus unpacked and tried on different sizes for me, so that I could get the right fit. The waistcoat is perfect and my husband is delighted with it. He wore it for our wedding anniversary dinner last night.

Ordered a wool gilet online having received the catalogue in the post. Wanted all natural materials, and this has the added advantage of being from reclaimed surplus cuts. Foolishly I completed my order without entering the code to claim a discount. I then emailed them more in hope than anticipation. And got a reply by return and the immediate credit back of the full offered discount. Just amazing customer sensitivity, and all done with a cheery personal touch. Great people to do business with. And just the sort of craft-based entrepreneurs we need.

Our visit to Sirplus Camden Passage was a real pleasure. The staff went out of their way to ensure the correct sizing and fitting of a beautiful overcoat. It will undoubtedly be worn throughout many winters so a great investment. Thank you for such impeccable service.

I only recently came across Sir Plus and have just received my first Nehru jackets from them. I am thrilled at both the cut and the quality of the jackets. Also on following up by phone and email for a subsequent order, I found them very helpful and friendly and altogether a great company to interact with.

online and in store customer service second to none. They really go extra mile and show willing to help with your looks. The clothes are so nice and extremely good quality. I have 2 nehru jackets and some shirts and they really stand out. Sure a little pricey but good sales.

Firstly the products are excellent quality. Secondly I needed to change an article ( through no fault of sirplus) and the team handling my request were fantastic. Rarely have I seen such a willingness to please the customer. The after sales service at this level carries a very powerful message, you will love what they do and what they are about. Love Sir Plus T shirts buy them for my sons. Great they are now doing more ladies lines just bought Alvarez dressing gown... Fabulose, great fit, great fabric just ticks all the boxes, widely admired whenever I wear it. It has a dry clean label but it washed well in the machine on a gentle cycle. More ladies clothes please Sir Plus!

Tom of the Marylebone store provided a consummate customer service experience, expertly providing a salesman’s keen eye for fit and flair.

He went above and beyond. While I tried on various prints and patterns, Tom made me feel quite at home while on my first trip abroad, jawing about pubs and nosh spots that only a local would know.

The clothiers at Sirplus put out an excellent product. Luckily, they also have sales associates, like the crack team at Marylebon, to provide a paramount experience.

Went to the Prince's Arcade shop - person running this unit was charming and very helpful - a great brand ambassador, very pleased with my purchase of velvet Nehru jacket - will definitely return

Purchased as a gift after much deliberation for Sons Xmas present who was spoilt for choice....but The Van Gogh has arrived and looks a beautiful piece which I am sure will be enjoyed.

My son loves the fit and quality of the shirt I bought him. Also I bought one for my nephew but it was too big so they quickly exchanged it for me. Wonderful customer service!

If you are weary of badly made & fitting boxer shorts of inferior cotton, look no further! Super, soft cotton, very well designed & crafted with a padded
waist band, a mile away from the typical harsh elastic effort of most boxers.
All this & made in England too, i cant recommend more highly, plus top class service, what more do you want?

What can I say. Great customer service, order came when specified and the quality of the clothes were better then expected. I will definitely recommend Sir Plus for any one offer some quality garments.
