I have been to Tool Station, Welwyn Garden City a few times in the last year and the staff are all lovely and really helpful. I recently visited and bought some padlocks. Vinay served me and he was extremely kind, pleasant and helpful. Great customer service; will continue to be my 1st stop for DIY and household necessities.

Went over there looking for an obscure part and was welcomed by the friendly staff. Amie helped me try and match something else which would work instead, but I ended up having to look elsewhere. She was super helpful and it was a pleasure talking with her.

Didn't have what I wanted (garden pond equipment) but the staff member was very friendly and didn't mind my lack of knowledge.

I didn’t expect to have soo good soup from a vending machine. It’s like a florentine hot tomato soup in a fine dining.

Brilliant place, staff so helpful. They kept getting stock off the shelf to show me today. It worked I purchased most of the bits and am very happy with them. Both quality and price was excellent. Thank you.
