I bought my wedding suit from this branch and was looked after by Darren.

Darren was very helpful, friendly and went out his way to ensuring my custom made suit was perfect for the occasion.

I went to Moss Bros Holborn to get wedding suits my my best man and myself. We were assisted and helped by ManoDarren, what a wonderful assistant (manager) he showed us different colour and style suits, he advised us and was very honest. We took his advise and bought our suits instead of renting them, when we picked up our suits they were a perfect fit. ManoDarren was very helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending Moss Bros Holborn and ManoDarren.

TBH i was dreading going in to sort out hiring a Tux for function. Could not have been more wrong! staff were really friendly and helpful, gave me some excellent advice and made the whole operation really easy and actually a lot of fun. The store is bright, clean and modern, the vibe relaxed, the choice massive and the service exemplary. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Came on the weekend. Got a tailored suit. Relaxing and really custom service. It was about an hour but I felt I could select all the items of my tux. Well worth the money.

My director was invited to a property awards event two hours before the event started. He nipped down to Moss Bros Holborn right before closing at 17:45.

He was assisted by Miguel who helped him pic a shirt and even ironed it.

Just collected a suit for my sister’s wedding and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic! Incredibly helpful and accommodating with making some last minute changes to make sure it fitted perfectly.

Side note - I’d been into about 4 stores in London as part of the process of hiring this suit (trying to find different styles, get fitted etc.) and the service was dreadful in most of them. So thank you to the Holborn staff for going the extra mile!

My son bought a suit from another branch when he got home the suit did not fit him properly. He said sales assistant helped him.
Today we took the suit back to the Holborn branch. The two staff working were very helpful to make sure he got a good fit suit thank you to staff at Holborn.
