Fab local pub at the top of the Rhondda Valley!!! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced...I had fish+chips, friends had surf n' turf and rump steak...all delish!!staff very friendly and attentive!! Was a lovely, sunny day so went out to the beer garden!!Great place!!
Bit of a bday get together for 18...all the food was served pretty much at the same time...delicious and hot!! Had a drink in the little room up the steps off of the bar...nice+cozy!!

Delicious food, starters, Mains and desserts. lovely function room with private bar and balcony.

Thoroughly enjoyed every bit as did others, the large portion meals were very filling.

Friendly staff and good service during our trip. Would definitely re-visit.

The room was lovely, clean and didn't get cold during the night at all. The room was also very cheap for the great quality that they were! The bathroom was done nicely with a shower with good water pressure and temp. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was incredible. The owners were incredibly friendly and I know if we're ever around the area again, we would definitely come back! (There was also a very lovely dog too!)

Had a lovely lunch with my mum. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. We had the scampi. A lovely salad with some balsamic and the chips were great.

Visited here last week and it felt very safe. Both the owners and staff do everything they can to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests. Tables are well apart and we had to provide contact details and have our temperature checked before ordering.
The app for ordering worked perfectly and the drinks were delivered to our table within a few minutes each time ordered. The gin selection is incredible too. Well worth a visit.

Beds were comfy after a long day climbing pen y fan. Amazing big bath and shower. The owners were very welcoming and the bar downstairs was full of locals who were also very friendly. Complimentary breakfast which I expected to be low quality given it was free but I couldn't be more wrong it was full English with all the trimmings and I'd have happily paid for it in any cafe. Don't look elsewhere if you're looking for a stay in this area. I'll definitely be returning.

Excellent place to stay if you in the Rhondda valley or heading the 'Head of Valleys'. Comfortable room and beautiful decor throughout. Friendly staff and decent views from the room. One happy customer who will recommend Dunraven to fellow travellers. Locals rate this hotel highly and is quite famous around the valley.

Very impressed with the work that has been done to the place during lockdown. Outdoor space is very nice, plenty of socially distanced seating, with heaters . Excellent pint on tap, tried both Hobgoblin IPA and Thatcher's cider and served at perfect temperature at a very good price. Staff very helpful and friendly.
