Turned up for biometrics for 4pm at 3:30pm and am out at 4:08pm. As long as you bring passport, biometric instruction letter, appointment confirmation letter, and consent form, there are no issues. Staff were friendly 😊

A huge thank you to Miles and the team at the door. Miles answered question after question from people waiting in the queue outside. He was incredibly patient, even though I'm sure it must have been very trying to be asked the same questions again and again. He very kindly directed us to somewhere to have coffee as we arrived early for the appointment, and when we were missing some paperwork he told us where we could go to get it print it out. He reassured my guest that there would be interpreters inside as I couldn't go in with her.

Before coming here I checked the comments 🤣 which scared me. But fortunately, I got a nice service. Although there would be a long queue, actually when you could get in depends on what your appointment time is. So I was not waiting for a long time. I arrived at 10:30 am and walked out at nearly 11. I guess it is because I just had a biometric enrolment.

Biometrics were taken soo fast,smoothly and the teller at counter number 6 was so kind

I had an intractable problem that my file was not converted to the High Commission of Canada and I had only 10 working days to issue my visa and my flight was after 2 weeks so the schedule was tight. The security of the CVAC helped me a lot to enter the place smoothly, as well as the receptionist. I do not know his name, but I think his name is Kabir. Thank you all

I'd like to admit online services provided - they're excellent! The best I've met in England. They responded very quickly to my email and solved my problem within a couple of minutes. Also I was assisted on the helpline - amazing! They picked up the call immediately, no waiting at all and polite attitude! Best customer service. Thank you!

Biometrics Canada got there early, first in queue appointment for half 8 done and dusted by 8:35 10/10

I have found the staff very polite and helpful on the phone, and my question was answered promptly and, I hope, acurately. Unfortunately there is a lot of old information still available online and it has been a challenging process to access the most accurate info for getting a PRTD. When you jump on a plane to say goodbye to a loved one, the last thing you worry about is how you are going to get back to Canada, but I made a huge effort to be organised before I left Canada, and still the information I followed while still there was out of date. Someone needs to clean up the old websites and create re-directs. My empathy to all who are escaping war or having issues visiting loved ones. The people at the VAC are human and are doing their best. They have very high quality training and are very professional.

I can't comment on other aspects of their service but for the ppr request info they were very quick and efficient in dealing with it their side. Having used both I would say that the email enquiry is often more helpful than the phone line.

Arrived a bit too early so had to wait 5min outside which is fine. Went through and straight away have been reminded to sanitize my hands. Very good at keeping distance. Customer service excellent. Have been served very quickly.

They do a good job. They respond to emails effectively. The day I went there they were short staffed but they tried. I got emails to update me on my application. Got my passport in the same week. 👍🏿 Good job.

Not sure why these wonderful team had terrible reviews. Benn there today, great help from the security as I missed one of the document, very quick processing. can't fault them on any means..

Went for biometrics. arrived 15 mins earlier but managed to go in. No waiting time, done in 10 mins. Polite and efficient staff
