We contacted Ferris coach hire a few months ago to book a coach for Haverfordwest Youth rugby tour for three days. From the first point of contact with Barclee and Russell they have gone above and beyond. The day before departure we had to change our itinerary due to the bad weather, contacted them to let them know and it was no bother. The day we left our club Cian the driver arrived at the pick up point early and left on time. The coach was absolutely spotless inside and out. We gave Cian all the times for our comings and goings, he was spot on with collection and drop off for the whole trip. On our last day he also suggested somewhere where all 40 of us could stop and eat but also had room for the coach to park. Great experience

Had ferris take my family and friends on a Christmas trip on there 32 seater, great service coach immaculate, driver fab, all round excellent service will use every year from now on as loved the personal service we received

From the outset, booking a trip with Ferris was a breeze. I felt assured and in safe hands; especially with the level of communication from Barclee and Darren.

We were a group of 22 excitable hen party members on our way to Brighton from the Valleys. Dan our driver was brilliant. He arrived on time and let us take some time to decorate the bus. He was very patient and professional for the 6 hour journey (to and from Brighton), especially whilst we sang our hearts out the whole way. He was friendly and approachable. The bus was brilliantly clean and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the onboard toilet. It was also a very lovely surprise to have a bigger sized bus.

We're a group that are always looking for the next trip destination and after this weekend, I can confidently say that I will be contacting Ferris and requesting Dan for future journeys.

I just got back from a ferris holiday the coach staff were brilliant sam the hostess made sure everyone had plenty of refreshments she had a raffle and bingo also they put movies on to keep people entertained the coach drivers kept us up to date with any delays due to traffic ect . i will definitely travel with them again 5 stars from me superb service

Just returned from another great holiday with Ferris to lloret. Great drivers Sam the hostess brilliant. We've been traveling with Ferris for around 20 years and can honestly say we've never had anything but great times . For value for money you can't beat Ferris. Thanks again for another great trip.

Just came back from legoland with ferris we went last year and it’s always been an amazing experience. Me and my son was really pleased and credit to the staff as always amazing will definitely be booking again

Great company to go anywhere with. London theatre breaks are great. Fabulous hotel in Blackheath. Drivers are brilliant and very curtious. We can't wait to book our next trip for November.

First time for me to travel on the weekend..had the most fabulous time in Edinburgh..we travelled with the wonderful driver Julian very attentive.. very witty which made the journey pleasant..I will definitely be booking you again..when you get the prices for Ireland next year please let me know. wasn't fussed on the having to wait for rides as I have small children who need regular toilet visits and don't like standing still for longer than 5 minutes. I would have rather paid the extra in the actual Holliday and had fast track tickets,that would have made me go again maybe and would also consider that in the future. Thank God for the driver Chris !If it wasn't for him I think you would have had a riot on your hands when there wasn't enough lego land tickets booked, but he kept calm and we were all happy to let him get on and sort it. He also went above and beyond to help his passengers. Thanks for a great experience. 👍 I'm only giving 4stars because of the ques and because the bus journey was fantastic. 👍💥💥💥💥

Just returned form Euro Disney with Ferris. The booking experience was great, helpful staff made the effort to make sure my family was sat together on the coach and in adjacent hotel rooms. The driver was really nice, helpful and always happy to answer questions.The coaches are all new and immaculately kept. Can't recommend Ferris Holidays enough.

I hired a coach and driver from Ferris to transport a group of supporters from Cardiff to Llanelli for Wales Women's opening world cup qualifying match.

From the response to my initial enquiry, right up until the day itself, Barclee couldn't have been more helpful, I immediately felt reassured that I was in good hands.

The coach itself was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of leg room. The driver was smart and friendly. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and the response I had from all on board was testament to that. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ferris again, thanks Barclee!

Went to euro Disney in November with my daughter with Ferris holidays been with them 4 times now ... brilliant company from booking to pick up had a fantastic time will be booking again when Disney dates are available...thankyou for a brilliant time

First time with Ferris and first time on a long coach journey. Went to Calella for New Year with family and stayed at The Olympic. Great time and both Ferris and hotel staff were great. Food was excellent. Will use Ferris again. Keep up the good work from Peter in Manchester.

Brilliant service from everyone back at the office to the drivers and hostesses getting you there and back as quickly and comfortably as possible and always safely.

1st time by coach and what an amazing
adventure, loved every minute of the journey to spain,plenty of stops, drivers lovely and informative, loved the staff in Cardiff, a 1st class holiday all round thank you. Will be travelling to spain again soon with them.

Would like to thank Phil and Colette for a great overnight London theatre trip and overnight stay in Clarendon hotel in Blackheath on 17th September. Got to Windsor despite road closures in London. Thanks again for your efforts

Went to the Warner Bros studio for the Making of Harry Potter.
This company were faultless.
Picked up in Tredegar and taken to main bus.
Drivers kept us informed at all times.
Everything went so smoothly
