Tenby Tourers

Been looking for a caravan for some time, trawling all the usual internet sites. Came across the Tenby Tourers website and they had a couple caravans that looked suitable, an Adria and a Hobby. Emailed them early in the morning of January 1st with some questions, not expecting a reply till later in the week. Got a reply within hours with an offer to open specially for me that day though they were closed for the New Year Bank Holiday (thanks to Gofer). Swapped a few more emails and arranged to visit them later in the week. Visited on Wednesday 3rd and was well looked after by the lady at reception and then by Ryan and Connor. Looked at the vans I had seen online and a few more which confirmed the initial two I had seen online were indeed the best options. There was no pressure, the whole visit was handled in a very professional yet friendly manner (thanks for the tea). Returned on Friday 5th with my partner so we could look at the two caravans together, fortunately we both preferred the same one (more tea). Gofer put together a good deal for us including driving us over to one of their company owned campsites so we could look round with a view to pitching the caravan there for the season. Very impressed with the whole process and was pleased to buy the Hobby caravan and to take up the offer of a seasonal pitch.

We bought our Swift Challenger in August, Gofer and Claire were really helpful with the process and getting the Caravan ready for us to collect in a short space of time, we did have a issue with the Caravan which they were really good at repairing for us, good communication and a good company to buy from, thank you all

This is a fabulous caravan and motor home dealer. There are caravans to suit every budget and style.

My wife and I are very new to the caravan scene and so it was reassuring that the salesman was so attentive and patient. Whilst I understand this is a family run business it is very professional which provides the best of both worlds, very friendly and personable but also efficient.

We bought a caravan which we intend to leave on a seasonal pitch. The company gave us a generous price for our old caravan. They arranged to bring it to their premises so we could transfer the contents to the new one before delivering that to the caravan park, an excellent service. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff here are amazing, unfortunately I didn’t get their names but both men were so helpful to me and my friend (we visited on 27th May and were the two girls in the Volkswagen transporter who had no clue what we were doing if that helps find the staff that helped us!😂). We stupidly didn’t bring a mains power unit to plug into our van for the camp site electricity hook up but luckily the staff were there to help and guided us on what we needed. They were also very funny and made the experience enjoyable without making us feel silly. Thank you to you both, and sorry I didn’t get your names. P.S thanks for the tape!!

From Australia and on a UK tour in a campervan. Popped in on an off chace as had trouble with the Gaslow system. Slight leak was rectified within minutes.
The fitter who's name I didn't get sorted that and the Truma gauge too.
My first point of contact was Peter, who like the rest of the staff went out of their way for me.
Not saying they can help everyone on an off chance visit, but they certainly helped me out.
Anyone in the Tenby area needing a caravan or camper, give these people a look.

Gave us an excellent part exchange on a caravan, friendly helpful, gave us time and choice let us view on our own, looked at lots, told us if need any advice just ask, not in your face, checked weight and suitability of purchase, friendly helpful, A+ for customer service.... First time with them, wished we had done it before. Lovely big shop for all accessories goodies... When sat down for paper work one of staff made us a drink. Very pleasant experience. Well done...

Popped in to pick up a new porch awning. Lady on the front desk was kind and helpful, showing me their stock. I chose one that I had seen on the web. Same price as other suppliers on the web. Very pleased. Would recommend a visit.

Connor and Ryan went out of their way to ensure that everything about our caravan was as it should be, even though it is quite old! They we’re a pleasure to deal with!

110% recommend Tenby tourers. No pushy sales people they give you time and space to wander around and browse. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the team and everyone is very knowledgable. All staff go above and beyond what others offer. Fully stocked accessories shop. Plenty of caravans on display.

Very. Helpful. Easy to deal with .the owner was nice person. Up for a deal.the caravan was ready on the day he said a touring caravan a Bailey.
And all he said he would do was done.also delivered the caravan to the site for us and nothing was to much trouble on setting the caravan on site.

Called here for some advice on a door handle. The guys were extremely helpful. Good accessory shop onsite, very clean and well stocked. They also have a wide range of new and used touring caravans. Came away with a TT hitch cover as another souvenir of our trip to South Wales. Thanks again for the help you guys gave us. Very much appreciated

Claire at Tenby Tourers helped to save our holiday. When the airbeam failed on our 10 year old polycotton tent, Tenby Tourers was the only place in the whole of Wales that managed to track down a spare. She went above and beyond with help and advice about how we could get the modern valved airbeam into our aging tent. When she realised we wouldn't have the correct pump connector, she even lent us their pump for the duration of our stay! Further issues were sorted out quickly and professionally, helping us claw back at least a couple of enjoyable days from our only summer holiday this year. If it hadn't have been for Claire, I would have had to end the holiday early and deal with 2 very upset children and 1 grumpy wife.

Tenby Tourers are by far the best place in South Wales to buy a caravan or motorhome. Service from Ryan and his team pre and post sale has been excellent. Before buying our van we went to at least 5 different establishments, we should have gone to Tenby Tourers first! Gofer showed us the van, talked us through everything, as we're brand new to caravanning and explained it all brilliantly. You're guaranteed to be looked after and accommodated by the after-sales and service team, no problem too big. I will, if I ever need a new van, be buying from Tenby Tourers again, it's a no brainer!
