Ffostrasol Arms

Such a,lovely meal out at the ffostrasol arms, Lisa was so lovely and was so helpful in everyway possible. Even the chef came out to check if our food was ok. Definitely recommend it 👌 👍

Had a fab Sunday lunch here today with our car club. Great choice of veg. There was plenty of food. I had turkey. The roulade for dessert was fab. Forgot the photo of veg. We had suede, mash potatoes, peas and sweetcorn, carrots and cauliflower cheese.

Sunday Lunch here is great. Today was beef, lamb or turkey. Or all 3 (which I had to do). Lots of different veg, mash & swede mash, cauliflower cheese is nice. Service good and busy atmosphere. Thanks Kelly and the team. Highly recommended.

Yesterday evening we had a meal here and the food was fantastically cooked.
I had the lasagne and without a word if a lie, I have to say that it's the best lasagne that I have had in and pub or restaurant and I have had a fair few. To whoever made and cooked it, full marks 👌🏻, it was lovely as was the whole meal.
The surroundings were lovely and the lady who served us was also lovely and made us feel very welcome. We drove from Llanbydder to try the Ffostrasol Arms out for the first time and we will definitely be returning in the future.
I know this is only a side note, but the toilets were spotless.
I would definitely recommend the Ffostrasol Arms for good quality food at a reasonable price and lovely clean surroundings and first class service.

A great meal and even though we were a very large party, food was hot and served quickly. Portions were good and food was delicious!

We went as part of a large coach trip. The food came out hot and very tasty and they timed it so we all ate at the same time. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive and it felt like a family atmosphere.

Didn't have food. Popped in for a few pints, absolutely brilliant little (it's not that little 🤣) pub. Excellent service and great beer, can't argue at all x

Regardless of how many stars I could tick there wouldn't be enough. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

We had Christmas Dinner here. I have never seen so many doggy bags with the excess food being taken home for "later"
I already want to book for next year.

My wife and I have learnt, if we order something with chips we have one small bowl between us. And there are still some leftover.

Sunday lunch not to be missed, delicious food brilliant service reasonably priced. Best sunday lunch we've had out in a long time. Highly recommend

Thank you for hosting our annual dinner for our shire horse society food was spot on staff were excellent can't wait to have our annual dinner there again next year.

Went for Sunday lunch. Was very busy, staff excellent food excellent couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back. Plenty of good honest food brilliant.

Excellent food. So much so, we went there twice in one week. The chef obviously loves his work. Very tasty food and attentive - but not intrusive - service. We've never left here feeling hungry or without smiles on our faces.

Nice pub, good food and lovely landlords. Quite a modern pub really and quite big for a small West Wales village. Good pool and dart area, good size eating area too and plenty of parking. Modern decor but still has a nice pub feel. I had a post funeral wake there and the landlords were great. Forgot that our group was booked in though but they made up for it and soon sorted everybody out with an additional food order quickly which was impressive really! It is West Wales though so a few Welsh words and greetings will get you a long long way in this part of the world. You will be made to feel very welcome what ever lingo you speak!

We stayed in the carpark with our motorhome and had food in the pub, the food was 1st class, service excellent, and very reasonably priced, a really lovely place, would highly recommend.

A great welcome for us as we tried out our Welsh. Good hearty meals. Super family atmosphere.
