Amazing Company, knowledge of the Military and their processes are great! Have amazing houses and some dual voltage too. From start to finish they know exactly what they are doing to aid with the UK arrival. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

They are very military friendly and they help with getting everything set up and they have a ton of great house. Down fall is they are very busy all the time and some general customer service things don’t happen. I had a few minor issues at my house and I had to contact them multiple times to get it fixed.

Rented through them for just under 4 years. Water and heat went out back in January and stayed at the on base hotel for a couple of weeks. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my stay by baselets. If you have even the slightest inconvenience with them, make sure to get the housing office involved.

Absolutely the worst letting agency I have ever used. Honestly thier only appeal was the fact that they could pick us up from TLF. Other than that i regret using them. They seldom return phonecalls or emails when you require something from them. When our water heater went on the fritz it took over 3 weeks for them to resolve the situation, but when they need anything such as a property visit or a showing of the property ready yourself for a barrage of emails, phonecalls and texts. I can go on and on with the complaints i had with them. To my fellow servicemen do yourself a favor and shop around. If i wasnt so stubborn I would have listened to my co workers upon arrival.

Had an appointment to view a property turns out the rented the property out two days before my appointment and never bothered to cancel. No representative of the company was there either.
