Friendly, well stocked volunteer run eco shop. Good range of produce, local bread, jams and preserves, meat from local farms and high quality packaged goods. Can be quite expensive if you are not careful. Outside is a zip wire and play area for children as well as a terrace serving the cafe.

We visited this lovely shop and cafe on the weekend. We walked from the Old Station which was a pleasant walk.
The staff were really friendly. Great range of local produce in the shop.
We ordered a latte which was so tasty and sat outside. There is a large field play area, sand pit and zip wire.

Love this place! The cafe and shop are run by an amazing team of volunteers and they have just updated the playpark on the field outside. It's a great place to have coffee/ cake and/ or lunch whilst the kids play. We will be back again soon ☕🍰🚸

Lovely shop, lots of local produce and a nice cafe. The latte and chutney we had is beautiful. Friendly staff too!

We'll definitely visit again when we are in the area again :)

A little gem in the countryside. Lovely lunch meals in the shop. The homemade Bean Soup was especially delicious. The variety of products and food in the store is wonderful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking available in a very nice location.

Lovely little village shop and cafe. Shop has most essentials and some nice quality food items. Cafe also good for soup, toastie, sandwiches, cakes and drinks. Plenty of seating, mostly outside but cover available. Also space for kids to run around and a sandpit.

Such a lovely shop. Everything you could need but the bread sells out fast so get there as soon as you can for that. We also got some applesecco that was delicious and have not been able to find it anywhere since so if you go I recommend you stock up on that. Ice cream was pricey but really tasty and some unique flavours available. Definitely better than going to a supermarket.

A wonderful community shop built of fine wood material with courteous staff and a good selection of foods. A cafe looks out over the valley.
Almost idyllic.
Just avoid the one day in the year when the village Main Street is closed for the annual downhill Soap Box championship! Or go specifically if you wish.
