Great value for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Picked up 4 bags of compost and the girl at the checkout was kind enough to push up the slope to the car park and loaded them into my car. Great service, thank you.

I love this place. If you're looking for the odd bracket or screw they never disappoint. Full of tools, kitchen ware, fire place products, garden products, bathroom products etc. They also sell pine furniture upstairs and the odd ornament.

Went for 4 rolls wallpaper to Desborough didn't have enough in a batch, so went to Corby who had 4 of the same batch. So very impressed.

Love this shop! Lots of bits and pieces you can’t buy in the ‘big’ stores.
The only thing that lets it down are some of the younger staff who are more interested in their phones than customer service. Wasn’t impressed today having to listen to young chap in pink hi-vis effing & jeffing on his mobile whilst asking if he got his leg over last night! Not what you want to hear whilst trying to look for wallpaper!

I love West End DIY; just walking around is an experience and always see something that is a 'wow, they sell that!' It is a family owned DIY shop that always surprises. I tend to go here first now and only if I cannot find what I am looking for do I then hit the Wickes. Often find prices surprisingly cheaper or on par with Wickes. While they don't have everything they sure do have a broad albeit limited range of stock from ironmongery to wallpapers to paint and timber. Great store, friendly helpful staff. Support local!

I absolutely love this place.

I will go round Wickes, BnM, Range and browse till cows come home and not find what I need. I'll go to West End DIY and it'll be there. Every. Single. Damn. Time.
For a small(ish) DIY store they are, I tend to find everything I need. Nice and attending staff, decent parking space and store accessibility.

I have ordered paint online from West End DIY on a number of occasions and each time I have been very impressed by the competitive prices and the speed of delivery. There is no doubt that I will be ordering from them again!

Phenomenal service. Brought several sheets of MDF, all cut to size (60 pieces in total) all for free. Came back a couple hours later for an adjustment, done free yet again.

Good stocks of paint. Very friendly and helpful staff and the only place I know for many miles that will cut sheets to size, i.e. MDF or perspex maybe even glass
