The Barn @ Meidrim

We stayed at The Barn @ Meidrim and were really impressed, the interior of the barn was beautiful and also the location of the barn with the views of the countryside was really lovely. The barn had everything we needed and more! The pool complex was amazing! we loved using the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, everything was just perfect. The booking process was really easy too, very efficient and friendly.
I'm recommending The Barn @ Meidrim to everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back one day and stay here again!.

The Barn was immaculate and had everything we needed for a family fun time, even with the rainy weather. Cosy with a log burner and full kitchen. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The dog and cat loves it too. The wonderful views with sheep, and grouse. Derek was super friendly and made us very welcome. We will definitely return. What a fab time!

A truly amazing stay, the barn is just fabulous, clean and comfortable and the owners have thought of every little detail. The pre arrival information with the barns own app/ welcome virtual booklet contained every bit of information you could possibly need. The owners were on hand to help should you need it- and were so lovely but it felt private and peaceful. The large garden and field walks are perfect if you have a dog and the pool, hot tub and sauna made this the most perfect holiday - with the best facilities we have ever had, and even better they are all yours for your stay. We can’t wait to return!

The Barn is a lovely place to stay it is equipped with everything you need for a family break. As we were there a storm came but in but had no effect on our stay as the pool was in doors with the sauna and hot tub. I think the barn is ideal for couples family's anyone who wants a place to stay in the countryside.

Absolutely love this place as does my family. Second visit here and will be certainly back for more.

We stayed at The Barn @ Meidrim at the beginning of August for a week. The Barn and pool were spotless and really well appointed. Derek was a brilliant host, always happy to help. He let my children go in to meet the rabbits and give them treats. The countryside surrounding The Barn is beautiful and it's so quiet. It's in a brilliant part of Wales, we had easy access to a lot of different places. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Derek!

A really enjoyable holiday. The pool facilities are fabulous, with the added bonus of guests having exclusive use of them throughout the day. The Barn is welcoming with a lovely log fire with lovely Christmas decorations as we stayed over Christmas. The place was clean and provides all bedding and towels. Booking the holiday as easy and Derek was lovely. My children had a fantastic time! I would definitely recommend staying at the Barn!

We have stayed at the Barn for the first time and will certainly be coming back.
Friendly and welcoming, peacefully quiet country side and lovely walks .
Also the swimming pool is fantastic with spotlessly clean facilities, lovely way to chill out . The Barn itself is spacious, cosy and very well maintained.

Greeted by Derek on arrival, he showed us around and told us where everything was etc.
Great weekend had by all, big bonus is the pool building, which houses a large pool, hot tub and sauna.

We had the most amazing week at The Barn! Derek was on hand for all our needs (including the removal of a baby bird that had found its way in!) The Barn was immaculate and the pool facilities were superb, with the most amazing views on offer. Our kids were safe and loved playing with the cats and dog and even helped move the sheep from one field to another! Beaches no further than 30-40 minutes away. Will be looking forward to our next stay at The Barn! Thanks Derek for everything!

The Barn was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Derek on arrival and shown around everything. Everywhere was immaculate and everything we could need had been thought of. We headed to the pool which was once again immaculate. The pool building was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi and sauna were ready to use as well as the pool. The views from the
Barn and the pool house are stunning. Perfect for star gazing too. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This has to be one of my favourite places to have stayed.

Had a lovely mid week break here. The barn has everything you need, very well equipped with a beautiful setting with great views. The pool, hot tub and sauna is fab especially as you have exclusive use and there’s is also a table tennis table to use too. Our dog had great fun running in the fields and swimming in the river. The hosts are very helpful and obliging.
Overall we had a great time and would definitely revisit for another break in the future⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just arrived home after the most amazing weekend at the barn, from time of booking until we left everything was a dream. The barn is the most beautiful place we’ve stayed spotless and everything you could need is at hand. The pool area has kept two children very happy all weekend absolutely fabulous!! Derek is so helpful and friendly. Will 100% be returning. So glad I come across this place. Can not recommend enough.

This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in for a get-away break in Wales.
The Barn and all the facilities are immaculate and outstanding service from Derek the manager again.

Fantastic weekend,money well spent, great location very peaceful, we had a lovely time in the pool which our grandson loved, we were made very welcome by Derek who couldn't do more for us, and actually posted a charger home for us which we left there and wouldn't take any reimbursement. No doubt we'll be looking to go back in the future. 👏

This was our first time staying here, my sister 40th. Been wanting to stay here for ages, as always booked up.

It was amazing, the owners were so friendly,welcoming and helpful.

The barn and the pool were spotless, the views over looking valley are beautiful and so peaceful.

We had a fab mon-fri stay in thebarn @ Meidrim (we wish we had booked the full week) as we didn't want to leave, its such a beautiful relaxing place with some fab views.with unlimited use of their pool, sauna and jacuzzi every day from early in the morning to early evening we didn't really need to venture out as we made it a relaxing stay. The barn was well equipped and spotless.this was our second time @thebarn and look forward to our third stay later this year 😊 thanks for letting us stay at your hidden gem xx

Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was amazing from first enquiry through to checkout and beyond.
The Barn is so much more than the photos, in such a beautiful area, quiet and peaceful with the added bonus of a whole swimming complex to yourselves.
We had booked an Asda delivery to arrive before us and Derek had not even taken delivery of the order but had put everything away and had even put a few beers and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us so it was chilled and ready for us to enjoy after our journey. Most thoughtful!

We were shown around and told that we could use the pool later that evening - much to the kids excitement! What can I say about the pool - absolutely amazing! Spotlessly clean, everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, hot tub and changing rooms.

The Barn itself had all you could need and more, we had planned to go out most days and explore the area but it was so relaxing we only ventured out to replenish our food/drink supply and a few meals. The kids just wanted to be in the pool or relaxing on the mezzanine in the barn, while Mam and dad relaxed on the decking.

Such a lovely 7 days away - so much so we have already booked to go away again next year and have recommended it to lots of friends who have seen our pictures.

From the moment myself and my wife entreated The Barn, we just kept thinking WOW, this is just a stunning place to have found and had the opportunity to enjoy for our anniversary, and her birthday weekend.
We were given a very friendly guided tour by Derek of this amazing place.
Every detail has been carefully thought of, like beds are already made up, every kitchen utensil is provide, and there’s even a dishwasher. The kitchen was lovey and clean and well appointed and supplied with cleaning products etc. The leather sofas were comfortable in the lounge, and the entire property was just amazing. Lovely and warm with plenty of radiators, plus the huge wood burner in the corner of the open plan lounge area. WiFi is available throughout for those wishing go to stay connected to the outside world.
We were then shown out onto the decked area through the French doors at the front to the fantastic view across the valley, and the river below. We could see sheep and lambs jumping around having fun, from the adjacent farm.
Then we were lead across to the building near the field, just a few steps away. Well we entered the building which was the pool. What we weren’t expecting was just how fantastic it was. It has male and female & disabled changing rooms with showers etc. then we entered the pool area itself. It blew us away that this building could house such an amazing gem of a pool, with a lovely jacuzzi, and even a sauna. There’s a few garden chairs to chill out on when not enjoying the very clean well maintained pool. Plus there’s a table tennis table at one end, plus a few foam noodles and a couple of soft balls for kids to play with in the water.
We just couldn’t fault any aspect of this indoor pool, and to be honest it’s much better than some so-called posh hotels we’ve stayed in over the years. A truly fantastic asset to this holiday let out in the countryside. You should be proud of this holiday let, it’s absolutely faultless.
We can’t wait to book again so we can chill out and relax in this truly stunning place.
