TOPO Eco Camping

Fantastic campsite. Had the place to myself. Basic but great facilities, fridge for campers use. If you've forgotten anything, they'll have it. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Loved it.

As our 3 day stay went on I was more convinced that TOPO campsite is less a camping business, more a vehicle to spread joy and happiness in the world!

Karen and Rikki were fantastic hosts who couldn't be more helpful or welcoming - even providing some much needed and very appreciated extra cover for our tiny tent as the weather that weekend was threatening to be really bad.

Everything about the campsite is so well thought out and designed - you can tell its a labour of love. The shower in particular is a highlight. And you should definitely go for the cooked breakfast at least one day that you are there - with proper Welsh bacon - the thickness of gammon. Its all so well presented and delicious.

The wildlife is also ridiculously good, seeing a red kite flying low on more than one occaision during our stay.

We'd also recommend a visit to Farmyard Nurseries - the carnivarous plants were a highlight.

We had a fab stay and will definitely be back again.

Topo Eco Camping is THE place to go if you want a peaceful holiday in a fantastically unspoilt part of Carmarthenshire.
This is camping as it should be.

Karen and Rikki, your hosts, will make sure you are set up on your pitch with the minimum of fuss and talk you through the facilities they have on offer.
As lovers of life under canvas themselves, they have thought of everything.
If you are unfamiliar with a composting toilet, please don't let this put you off.....you won't have a problem and they were the cleanest we have ever used.

We were delighted by the poly tunnel where you can, if you wish pick whatever is in season to add to your meals including a good range of fresh herbs, for a small donation to the piggy bank. Their rescued hens will, if they feel like it, will provide you with the most gorgeous eggs for your breakfast each bearing the name of the hen who has laid it!! I used mine to make fresh pancakes at the tent one morning.
On our final morning we ordered a cooked breakfast which Rikki delivered to our tent piping hot.
We loved our stay so much we are returning before the end of the season.

If you could give more than 5 stars, I'd give a million. It is, of course, subjective. But it was everything I'd ever wanted from a campsite, and then Karen and Rikki thought of more. Very peaceful (I had the place to myself), beautiful views, good facilities. They have thought of everything. Anything you've forgotten to bring, they'll undoubtedly have it. Eggs from their hens and veggies from their garden. They're both attentive without being intrusive and happy to stop for a chat if you're in the mood. Breakfast served at your tent if you'd like, firepits available and wood at minimal cost. I will most certainly be back. Thank you for a perfect stay.

This place was amazing. It was very peaceful and plenty of wildlife around. Karen and Rikki were very helpful and friendly, no problems booking with them or concerns with the current predicament in the UK. Definitely get the breakfast if offered! Will want to camp here again!

Arrived here on a rainy Friday night and nothing was any trouble to the hosts Karen and Ricky.
A nice coffee on our arrival!! Pretty sure we have never been treated like this at any other site we've been too.

If peace and quiet is what your looking for then look no further, I've never slept so well on a campsite.
The place is beautiful, the hosts are perfect and if you don't have the breakfast delivered to your tent piping hot then you are missing out.
Well done Karen & Ricky, you have created something special and we will definitely be back to see you again.

Had the most relaxing four nights at the Old Post Office campsite. The facilities are excellent and perfectly clean. The shower is amazing, such soft water! The area was great for exploring in so many directions and we explored two areas of coasts and part of the Brecons in a short time. We both loved the site and would come back again

This was the best camping trip we have been on. It is so spacious and the facilities are incredibly clean and you can find any extras you might need or have forgotten in the shed. The view is absolutely amazing and there is plenty to do nearby. Karen and Rikki could not have been more welcoming if they tried! They really make this place and the experience by being incredibly helpful. We cant wait to return for our next trip already! :)
