Great place to stay if you are in the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked through to I left.

There is plenty of parking with several electric car charging points with very free being used while I was there.

The room was nice and clean with plenty of space ( just remember to go to the restaurant to check in).

In the restaurant there is plenty of selection on the main menu or you can choose a carvery. There are various different meal deals each night .

I would definitely recommend staying here

If I could leave 10 stars - I would. My wife and I are travelling Scotland for our 25th wedding anniversary, and are staying over night in Loch Lammles at Queen of the Loch. We checked out the pub for a vegan burger for my wife. Mick the chef came out personally to talk with her and offered to make her a customer off the menu burger using their cauliflower wings as the burger. I will eat vegan and meat, I had a bite of my wife’s burger as I had the ultimate southern fried chicken burger. My wife won dinner, this burger Mick made was possibly she most delicious burgers (vegan or not) I ever tasted. Mick went above and beyond, he is an amazing person and chef, I cannot tell you how much it meant for him to care about people who eat the food he makes.

This must become a menu item.

That’s not the end, the young bartender with a tattoo of a camera and a cat on his forearm also went above and beyond. He helped give us directions to local shopping, and was the on to go bring Mick out, sadly I didn’t get his name.

Lastly the manager with the beard and shaved head was incredible.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to eat here go, and enjoy.

Great service all staff friendly and approachable. Table was ready for us on arrival and any allergies checked. Great selection on menu and kids menu has been well thought out. Food came quickly and was fresh and tasty. Well priced too.

Amazing time! Stayed here for a few days during a trip to Glasgow. The food was great, and so were the rooms! Staff was super friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. Scotrail is a nice walk away, which makes easy transport to Glasgow. Loch Lomond is also a short walk, which is a nice place to visit! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Scotland.

Visited the Queen of the Loch on a very busy Wednesday night and the staff couldn't not of been more friendly and accommodating! Rebecca was such a delight, extremely helpful and polite and even though she was very busy, nothing was too much.
The whole team worked so well together on a busy shift! The food came out pretty quickly and my curry was delicious!
Next time I'm in the area I will certainly be paying them a visit!

Staff were welcoming and very nice. Our food order was out through so quickly and the food was amazing. The bar staff were really friendly and good to chat too. Overall we were made to feel welcome and comfortable while we were there.

Great place to grab a pint and a hearty meal after a long hike around the lake and the castle. The curries are quite delicious, the fish and chips are sexy as heck, and the prices are right. There’s also a handsome buffet which we did not take part of but kept staring at. Lots of comfy seating. Dog friendly area AND MENU available which a) is awesome and b) is like the 3456th reason I need to get a dog. So I can literally take him out to dinner!!

Not the first time we've been in here with the doggo, and staff made us feel very welcome from the get go! Invited us to use the dog blankets, water and treats from the dog station 😊 great customer service, I would definitely recommend as a dog friendly pub 😊

Friendly atmosphere, nice venue, beautiful surroundings.
Currently staying in the hotel. Has been on par or above more expensive ones we've stayed at over the last week.
Food and drinks are good quality and priced right for families to be able to enjoy themselves. Thank you!

Fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Queen of the Loch. At reception I was checked in by a very knowledgeable and efficient lady who made check-in process seamless. I also reserved a seat for dinner which was delicious. The staff at the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and thorough going about their duties.
My room in the hotel was spotlessly clean along with the bedding, and my bed very comfortable.
I certainly hope I can visit this establishment more often on my travels.
To the staff my I offer my sincerest best wishes, you made my stay so enjoyable.

Went to visit the other day and it was fantastic, could not fault anything. Andy and the team were amazing. Special mention to Rebecca who looked after us so well, nothing was too much for her. From the minute we sat to the minute we left everything was great.
Thanks again, cannot wait for the next visit.

The staff was always helpful and friendly, albeit sometimes I had wished for a more personal connection. Everything was done quickly and in a nice and forthcoming manner, but always by someone else. This left me feeling a bit like a number rather than an individual. The quality, however, was at all times high, especially considering the reasonable prices. I recommend a stay there for an overlay.

She was so incredibly knowledgeable regarding allergies as I have a shellfish allergy - couldn't have been more helpful! She was so cheery, attending the whole restaurant and not stopping. The business was so busy! We cannot wait to come back.

I booked a table online request a certain seating when the four of us arrived we got the booth we requested. Very welcome greeting although we had not been in a while and we were remembered. Ordered food and drinks at the bar also using our 30% off code no problem. All our starters were lovely we had tomato soup, prawn cocktail and breaded mushrooms enjoyed by all of us. Mains were steak pie and three sirloin steaks all medium with various sauces comment on steak pie was it was delicious and pastry so lovely and flaky our steaks were all cooked as ordered great crispy chips sauces good all food was eaten. Desert sherry trifle cheesecake x three and jam sponge pudding with custard cheesecake lovely and light,sponge pudding and custard good. We had a lovely evening will be back soon.

We arrived towards the end of the time the carvery was being served so they had run out of mashed potatoes. However they brought out the last of the roast potatoes freshly cooked so that made up for the lack of mashed potatoes. We had a lovely meal, very pleasant atmosphere in the pub.

My friend and I had a lovely small carvery and dessert after. I do love that there is usually quite a good selection of veg, although i do much prefer it with 'honey-glazed' carrots than plain. I always think they are quite stingy with the meats at Marstons, and really enjoy their ham best of all. My dessert was carrot cake, which was just delicious and highly recommended, and of a generous portion size too. Staff were very friendly and all covid regulations appeared to be adhered to. I loved the fact that it was dog friendly too.

Stayed here a couple of times. Staff are really friendly, rooms are clean and a good size. Great value for your money.
We didnt have food but the bar had a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant provides a very good food and service. Although you may wait a while the Carvery is worth trying. I really like their Mixed Grills and Steaks. Everything at good prices and the staff is always friendly.

Edited: Did not save actual review. Great place, staff were excellent and with 2 small dogs, one just a puppy they were happy to have us all in. The dogs even got some carvery ham for free which was a lovely gesture. Shame it was February as the beer garden looks excellent. We kept meaning to go for takeaway cake but didnt manage to, next time we will.
