Werrington Village Surgery

Absolutely lovely staff! I have long term medical problems, and the 4 years that I've been with the surgery I've not had a problem seeing a dr on some occassions on the same day!
Most surgeries today patients have problems getting through on the phone so why should ours be any different. This problem is throughout the uk so cut them a bit of slack they are doing their best!

When I have had a problem I have phoned the surgery and have had a ringback from the Doctor. If needed have been given appointment to be seen by him. If needed he has referred me on to the hospital. It was dealt with quite quickly. I am very satisfied with the service I have received by this surgery. The receptionists are very helpful considering they work under alot.of pressure to satisfy the patients needs. All in all have no complaints very satisfied with the service.

I have nothing but praise for the recent support and services I've received from the practice. Dr and support staff have been fantastic, could not have asked for more. Moved to the area nearly 2 years ago and the appointment system and wait times are much the same as where I moved from down south. Reception staff need to be able to provide a good filtering triage so need to ask questions. I'm very happy with the practice and thank the staff for their compassionate and caring attitude towards me during quite a difficult time

Thanks to everyone at the surgery. My family & I appreciate everything you do. I’ve had a few issues with my poorly dad this week & all involved at the surgery & out of hours have just been brill. Thank you 🙏

It's a busy practice but staff and doctors are very pleasant and do their very best to help, I m pleased with the service

Upon looking at the site to acquire the telephone number for the surgery I was shocked to see the poor reviews associated with the practice.
Whilst appreciating that everyone's expectations are different and experiences will differ, I can only praise the attitude of the reception staff and the care that I have received from the medical and nursing staff.

Can highly recommend this surgery they have been brilliant every time I've been to the surgery for anything and the doctors have been very thorough. The receptionist have also been very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great service.

Fantastic surgery, never had an issue seeing a GP and the aftercare has always been brilliant.

My personal experience of this surgery has always been very good. Yes it is difficult to get an appointment but the system they operate is no different from many other surgeries. When I or my family have been seen the doctors have always been very thorough and have referred us on when necessary and I have found the reception staff to be lovely.

Very helpful staff and doctors - long term conditions follow-up very good. Yes you can't always get an appointment the day you need it - but I think that's the case at most surgeries these days. Too many patients - too few doctors. A difficult one to get just right. Would not like to go back to the "good old days" where you sat in a waiting room full of sick people and waited 2 hours to be seen.
