Visited today needing a new water pump for an emergency. Not only were they open on the bank holiday, but they had the part in stock, staff member was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Good products reasonably priced, click and collect to my go to, is very easy and super convenient.

Had the best experience in this store being assisted by a very friendly and knowledgable store assistant.

She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me with ordering items that they didn’t have in store. Even after my order wasn’t processed by next day, she made sure that I got it the next day by going out of her way to process this for me!

I wont go for my DIY supplies anywhere else! Best member of staff that Toolstation has and I hope they appreciate what an asset she is to the company! Megan gets 10 stars in my books!

Visited the store to return a saw which had stopped working. The assistant Shirley who attended to us was very helpful and efficient. Bought another brand. Recommend this Toolstation.

I Went in to get some post crete & was greeted by Charles and stef even though it wasn't a large order they both took the time to make sure I had everything I needed,
They were professional,, polite & even carried my order straight to the car. Excellent customer service I highly recommend this store.

Was in this morning to pick up an online order but was also wanting a shower mixer unit but the photo in the catalog wasn't very clear asked Kevin who was serving me if it would be possible to see it before I bought it he couldn't have been more helpful got the one I was interested in out to let me see it ! Bought the mixer unit and was also told of the benefits of opening a trade account which I am thinking over
