Bought some groomsmen suits from Skopes in Westfield last month. Experience was fantastic cant recommend it enough. PR was super helpful from start to finish and very accomodating for a big group with lots of different sizes. Big thank you to him and Skopes for their help. The suits looked fantastic as well at the wedding.

very good service provided by Arman, rest of the staff made us feel unwanted in the shop. Arman helped all 6 of us buy our groomsmen suits. disappointed with the other staff for the way they were treating Arman. Arman deserved our sales, will be shopping again with his help only.

We ordered 9 suits from Skopes for our wedding.
We had to make quite a few exchanges for different sizes etc. until it was right. The delivery and customer service has been amazing. The team are so helpful and fast at replying! I don’t usually write reviews but felt they really went over and above our expectations. The suits were lovely and great quality too without being ridiculously expensive. Will definitely shop here again! 😀

I visited Skopes in Westfield, London to buy a suit for my friend’s wedding.

I was incredibly impressed with Olabisi, who helped me pick the right size suit. She was very attentive, helpful and patient. I will certainly be returning thanks to her amazing care!

I will update this review once I receive my tailored suit in a few days.

Update: My suit was altered 3 times, and the final result was perfect. The staff were all incredibly lovely and the tailor worked tirelessly to ensure the three piece suit was ready to time. PR, and the manager were very helpful and kind.

I'm in love with this shop, I have been into it unexpectedly while I was in Westfield and I had been very satisfied with their customer service, particularly I was overwhelmed by Amira who looked after me during my visit. She was really helpful and so friendly. I would highly recommend it.

I brought 6 suits for my wedding and they were all so helpful. Organising a wedding is very stressful and buying the suits and exchanging them due to size was an absolute breeze. They have a really good range to suit all budgets and with some bigger men in the party I found a quality suit in my price range to fit everyone. Couldn’t recommend this branch enough!

Slopes offer an unparalleled service and range. I needed a full suit that day for an event and they sorted everything for me including tailoring. Absolutely incredible service. PR served me and was an absolute gentleman - lots of knowledge . Overall a fantastic experience.

Stumbled upon this little gem of a store while shopping for a suit for a friend's wedding in a couple of weeks. After visiting about 3 other stores that didn't have much variety (in my size), I was relieved to walk out of the store with a suit that fit me well.

I'm no expert with suits, so I asked my mate to tag along to help me find a suit that, well, "suits" me! Special thanks to the girl that assisted us - we didn't catch her name, but she was very attentive and had great banter. She understood what I needed and kept coming back with various styles and sizes of different pieces of clothing until we found the right fit.

I'd like to say I felt like Cinderella, but maybe that's not the best example...

All in all, a good experience and I will definitely return if I get even fatter and need another suit some day ;)

Excellent service from Skopes. Starting with Harish on google chat with his advice and service to instore with Rafiq who was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t find a suit for me, but the service was great and they way it should be. Thank you.

Had a really wonderful experience at this branch of Skopes. I needed a suit for a wedding and had been dreading going shopping for it as I’m a larger guy. It’s always a pain to find the correct sizes and something that isn’t just plain as the nicer suits don’t come in larger sizes . I had never actually heard of Skopes before and had wandered in by chance as my friend noticed they seemed to have a great selection from the window and the suit prices looked to be reasonable. We walked in and within less than a minute, we were approached by a sales assistant named Lulu. Words simply cannot describe how helpful she was. She asked all the right questions about what I liked and didn’t like and what sort of style I was looking for. Within a few minutes, I was all measured up and had two full suits ready to try on. I was given advice on accessories that matched and colour options I could go for with shirts and ties which was invaluable for me as I’m colour blind and incredibly indecisive. I was loaned a pair of shoes for the fitting so I could see a more complete look and to make sure the trouser length was correct. Long story short, for the first time in my life, I was able to buy almost all the components of my outfit in the same place in less than an hour (3 piece Suit, tie, belt, shirt). Lulu had mentioned they didn’t have the shirt I wanted in my size but gave me advice on other places to look but we ended up coming back for a similar shirt (and a belt) after trying other shops as we really couldn’t find something comparable to Skopes’ quality, pricing, choice and customer service. Thank you so much to Lulu and the team at Skopes Westfield for everything - I will definitely be back in the future for my suits and recommending them to anyone who needs a new suit.

Well done to Li Li for her support and assistance in addressing my issue with suit size. As promised I was given a follow up call to discuss my options, and I felt whilst Li Li was leaving the store for another she still went above and beyond to ensure she had exhausted all avenues to help, that really made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for a great after sales experience.

Outstanding customer service from Dwight

Just bought a suit from this branch and receive perhaps the best customer service by far - by Dwight. Unlike most sales people I’ve dealt with, he acted like an adviser, which to my opinion is the best way to approach a customer. No pressure, in-depth product knowledge and outstanding manners. Promote this man to management! Suits look great and of good quality.

TJ served me and he was the absolute best. Really didn’t up sell me and was very very helpful! Went above and beyond to make sure I was all ready for my first day at my new job! Definitely coming back soon!
