Had to get help when I had severe bleeding they were absolutely brilliant kind and respectful

Terrific people,and evidently more knowledgeable than there nearest competition intake an array of pills daily,most importantly epilum which shouldn't be removed from its packaging tillright before swallowing as it's potency becomes compromised I had been receiving made up trays including the epilum and had noticed determination in the pills coating untill I moved to grace where rightly I am given epilum separately to take daily,I was aware of this as my chemist inmy home town explained tome,like friends,are friends

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Grace! They are friendly, efficient and caring and have taken great care of us before and during the pandemic. I am very grateful for their support and advice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They staff are all very good even when my mental health isn’t great and I’m difficult there always kind helpful and friendly

The staff are polite, and all necessities are there. What the pharmacy must focus on is time management such as organising medication a little bit faster when customers arrive to collect; and their update routine such as informing costumers once their medication has arrived.
