So I decided spontaneously to look for a new car with not really being sure whether I would purchase as I needed to finance the car. But Adam filling in for Paul at Motorland Cannock made my decision so easy. No pressure helpful and very supportive as I pondered over my decision. I cannot recommend Motorland at Cannock enough.
From start to finish of purchasing my new car the service from both Adam and Paul was fantastic, they both are great guys who makes you feel at ease and comfortable, buying a car from Motorland in Cannock has never been so straight forward.
Today, when picking up my car I felt very nervous going from a small car to a much bigger car with so many features but Paul was amazing, he was so reassuring and guided me through the car's controls etc. Very helpful sorting out my car Tax as well. Bought a car from here thanks to the help Paul. Fantastic service, they don’t pressure you when looking for a car and you can look around freely. The car I have bought is in top condition, there were some slight scratches on the dash which were sorted before pick up free of charge.
After service is also top notch, brakes were squeaking quite badly, one quick phonecall later and the car was booked in and sorted with new discs and pads a week later free of charge. Car was ready within a few hours to collect as well.

Brought 2 cars from Motorland in Cannock, for myself & my husband, dealt with Paul who was absolutely fantastic, no pressure sales let us look around with no mither, 3 weeks after my car battery went I rang Adam he ordered a new battery straight away & it was fitted on my car within 2 hours of me making my way to the workshop branch in Bloxwich, customer service 5* nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of changing or purchasing a used vehicle, & thank you Adam for being a great salesman

I brought my car on Wednesday, I delt with both Paul and Adam, but mainly Adam, even after me not getting finance either them and manged to get it else where, they were both patient and understand after the company dealing with the finance were taking there time. Wednesday I collected my car and Adam was amazing so paient, went through everything with me and was genuinely just really friendly! Thankyou so much!

Great experience for our daughter who purchased her first car from Cannock branch. No pushy salesman, we were left to browse on our own, but they were around to answer questions. Customer Service was 100% brilliant really looked after her, sorted all the paperwork out and turned the car around quickly so that she could driving after only passing her test a couple of days before. Would absolutely recommend a visit, good choice of cars and have other branches over the midlands so have a great range to choose from. A little gem of a family business... we will be back in future.
