Really easy to get to and they have great helpful staff. Would recommend to stop off there if you’re in the area. Easy to find the thing you need when you shop there.

If you value your sanity, don't ever try to return a parcel at this shop. The two men I dealt with are arrogant, unhelpful and impatient. Very difficult to understand what they were saying. I followed the return instructions to the letter yet they still wouldn't accept the parcel. Utterly useless. Avoid like the plague!!!

If I could give it no stars , I would. Dreadful service when trying to drop a DPD parcel off to them. They should have this facility taken away. They are rude, arrogant and just plain dreadful!! Avoid like the plague.

DPD tried to deliver my parcel but was refused so had to be sent back which is a huge disappointment.
Customer service is pretty poor this is not the way to treat people.
Tried to call the shop No answer.
This pick up drop off facility needs to be taken away from this shop.
Useless is what they are.
Please start handing out zero stars and this shop will be the first one to get ZERO!!

Without a doubt the most miserable rude staff I've come across in a convenience store.

Drove down to drop off a parcel and was told to come back tomorrow as they didn't have room. Completely defeats the point of a drop off service. I'll not be going here again.

They NEVER answer the phone. I collected a parcel yesterday only to find that some of the items were in a second package, which they never gave me. I had to make a return journey.

Forced me out because I had an assistance dog with me, told me it was disrespectful and that it’s unhygienic because there’s food, my dog at the time was lying down between my feet, completely out of the way

Even when I explained that he’s an assistance dog and I need to have him with me I was still forced to leave
