Brilliant site. My kids had a brilliant time, so much to do for kids of all ages.
The night time entertainment is the best I've seen.
Arcade is always lively with staff on hand to help with anything.
Everything was perfect apart from the onsite Chip shop which was chaotic at best

Been going here over 13yrs, brilliant park, excellently run. Ideal location and everything on resort is accessible. To get from main gates to entertainment is less than a quarter mile walk. Buses go direct to camp ideal to explore local area. Caravans are well stocked with what you need for your holiday and any problems are quickly resolved. All staff from front desk to restaurant to management are so friendly and polite if I could give it more than 5 stars I would

We stayed in our motorhome on the touring part of Haven Presthaven resort and couldn't find anything to complain about other than the Welsh weather. Good size level hardstanding pitches, clean modern facilities, lovely hot water in both the showers and pot washing facilities. The touring part is about a 10 minute flat walk to the main area. Swimming pool water was lovely and warm, the whole site was well maintained and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the noodle bar. Prices on site for food and drink were reasonable . Lovely sandy beach just a short stroll away, overall a very dog friendly site. We will definitely be returning soon.

Our second stay. The first in August with four of our grandchildren. This time with two of our grandchildren. 25, The Meadows in August was perfect. Ideally situated for all amenities and beach. 51, Denbigh, The Mooring this time was amazing and perfect for visiting swimming pool etc. Another ideal walk to the beach. Our Grandchildren have loved their holidays. As have we of course seeing them so happy. Both caravans were ideal in all respects. Absolutely loved the anchor theme and colours in The Mooring.
Everything is so well organised with Haven keeping us informed right up to arriving on holiday.

This place offers a wide range of activities such as swimming, Segway’s, aerial adventure and many more for an affordable price. It has been modernised with the latest fast food restaurants such as papa johns, Burger King the classic cooks chip shop and a new edition chopstix.

Just got home from 4 nights at the site. Overall, it was lovely. We pre booked some free activities and also spent about £80 on others. I like to be prepared, and the days planned out, so being able to pre booked was really helpful for me.

We swam 3 of the days with the lazy river being opened it was an added bonus. Always clean and well looked after. The play centre beside the pool, although small, was brilliant for our boys aged 2 & 4.

The playground near the main activities we're right near our caravan which was so handy.

The children's aerial adventure was brilliant. 30 mins, which got plenty of times around the course.

The bug hunt & wild wizards with Ranger Johnny were so inclusive for all ages. Ranger Johnny was so patient with the children and very informative. Highly recommended booking onto these if you can.

We used the go karts, which was fun.

The space mobile making is well worth the £16. The entertainers really do a great job in keeping the kids focused.

The slime making is really good fun. My son made 4 tubs of slime in the session, which he got to decorate with stickers on the tubs.

The arcades are a fun way to spend some time and money. Most games are £1 so bring lots of pound coins.

The sing a long movie was such a nice touch. We were really lucky with the weather, so when we saw this was on, it was nice to get out of the heat and watch Encanto. Free glitter tattoos were also included

We ate a few times in mash & barrel. It's a really nice place. The staff were very friendly, and it often seemed they were under pressure and/or short staffed, but the food was always hot and never a long waiting time.

The ice cream shop was a nice daily treat. The biscoff sundae is delicious.

We ate once from Cooks fish & chip van. I can honestly say it's one of the nicest fish and chips we have had in a long time.

The supermarket was handy for anything we forgot. It also has a Costa machine that makes iced lattes. Yum.

We stayed on Erdigg. Which is less than a minute walk to everything from where our caravan was. On our last night, the power in the whole campsite and the nearest villages went out around 730pm until around 11pm . A member of staff knocked around each caravan and updated us all, which was nice. It did make for a noisy night with all the holiday makers back at their caravans. The only downside to our trip was the neighbours we had. They were noisy all the time and through the night. As music is allowed until 11pm on site, there was not much we could do.

We would definitely return again in the future

Came here with my 2.5year old daughter and met up with my friend and her similar age daughter who were staying on another caravan on the erddig area. I've never been to a holiday park before let alone haven and I can honestly say we've had the best time!! Several bits of entertainment are put on throughout the day/eve, theres an arcade, Burger King, papa John's pizza, a restaurant, a couple of pub type places, a swimming pool, soft play centre, a few parks, lots of fun activities which need booking in advance. You can park outside most if not all the caravans here. Theres various access routes direct onto the beach which is absolutely great. We will defo come back here again!! The crew have gone above and beyond for all guests an deserve recognition. Theres also a shop on site, spar I think it is, open 8am til 10pm. Gifts and every day essentials. Off site just up the road is another shop and a pub. Public transport just out on the main road with regular buses to near by rhyl and prestatyn along with many other places.

Four nights away in a saver static caravan. Really enjoyed it. It was a great place to stay to discover the N Wales coast. The park was clean and tidy, the chippy was amazing and the shop was very convenient if you were stuck for something to eat. Aldi and Lidl are just five minutes away in the car if you need to stock up on self catering stuff. We were so impressed we've booked to return next year. Twice!
