Big Pool Wood North Wales Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve

Only small but stunning, very peaceful, tranquil, can appreciate it's very well managed, even though we visited on a Saturday it was quiet only the bird songs, lovely.

Brilliant place we bin going to presthaven for 26 yrs no were else I would go the caravans are nice n clean ppl on site are nice

Great to watch the birds or just have a nice walk, there are lots of horses to see,

A well constructed home for wildlife. Bird hides, insect hotels. A haven for animals. Lots of beautiful horses and a nice circular walkway around a lake. An easy walk for the not so fit. Woodpeckers are often seen feeding their young. Great haven for bird watchers.

Big pool wood is only small but well looked after with wonderful walkways around the site, additionally there are hides to bird and animal watch. Great little site.

Decided to Call there with brother, so we dug our cameras out , not used phones.
Plenty wild life and variety of birds

A small but enjoyable walk with a number of bird hides for twitching (we took the dogs on leads so no chance for us lol). Mainly alder woodland and wetland habitat with a really accessable path all the way around. Bit out of the way so most people don't seem to find it unless they know it's there!

Great little nature reserve for bird watching. The access improvements made recently are excellent.
