Very kind and knowledgeable pharmacist, after an unbelievably distressing and incompetent consultation with a CHOC doctor that had left me close to tears.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have helped with quite a few minor problems that have meant not having to run the gauntlet at the local surgery.

So helpful, felt like the level of care was high, polite and approachable, i didnt feel like a burden which can sometimes happen, felt valued as a customer

Would like to thank the chemist for sorting the confusion between doctor/reception and prescription line ref. my wife's treatment and ringing her at home with the information.

Its just old, tired, outdated and sad. If it wasnt for there now being soooo many sick people in Egremont it would be closed! Its the last place you would go for anything unless it was for medications, then you end up picking something else up as well, "just incase" i despair everytime i have to go in
