Dealt with two members of the team to try and resolve a Vinted/Evri issue (as Premier is a pick up/drop off site for their parcels). Both were really helpful and the manager went above and beyond with helping to resolve the issue. A fantastic experience.

If you must shop here, know what you should be paying, check offers have been applied correctly. Check your change, check the balance on the card machine before you tap to pay. Get a receipt for your purchases and check it's correct before leaving...

This shop deliberately overcharges people on card. They will steal from you. Parcel collections are in bins anyone can steal from too. So parcels you might collect are in no way safe.
