Dropped in for an early dinner on Friday food was lovely and didn't have to wait long before our food arrived. A lovely, friendly pub very spacious with plenty of natural light. Staff were very patient and understanding as I struggle with communication. Highly recommended will definitely be returning in the near future.

The chicken burger with cheesy chips is a firm favourite of mine, but regardless of the order the service is always amazing! Really good selection of small bites as well, which are perfect for kids too. We definitely recommend coming here for some great food 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Been out to the fox and Crown twice with work a group of 8 the first time and 7 of us the second, both occasions the food has been fantastic. We take some time to sort out bills as each pay individually and it was no trouble to the staff at all, they are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The meals are really good value and great pub grub!! Everything is totally accessible with car park access straight into the pub on the same level and a descrete disabled access toilet . Overall a lovely trip out and will be taking the family out in the near future.

I have not been to the Fox & Crown for a fair few years now but decided to nip in today for lunch. The food was great, and the service was fab. I had the XL mixes grill, and it came out sizzlung on a hotplate, and all the meat was cooked to perfection. Sides were chips, onion rings, and peas. My wife had the chicken combo meal and opted for the grilled chicken skewer, southern fried skewer with tata tots, colslaw, and chilli dip. This was all washed down with a couple of Peroni's. Decor is a little tired and could probably do with a bit of a refresh but still clean. Will be back soon .

Came in tonight for a birthday meal with friends and family today, the young blonde lady who served us was brilliant , think her name was hetty, service was fantastic and the food was brilliant too, ill definitely be coming again and be recommending

Food is very nice - especially the deals (bogof on burgers on Thursdays at mo)
Note they also sell beer in 2 pint plastic glasses - which is useful at times when the bar gets busy.
Ordering food or beer on the app to be delivered to your table is super easy too (no need to set up an account either .)

The fox and crown is a great pub and the atmosphere is always good however , I went with my son and we both had steak and to be honest it was dreadful. The steaks didn't taste of anything, I think it was a cheap meat and the brownies I had for afters we're freezing like they just come out of the fridge. If you're going for a drink then this is a pub to go to put the food is not up to scratch.

Great pub smashing meals and menus will Defoe go there again .

Always feel welcome, ask for football, always put on and always go above and beyond to go the extra mile to suit needs (cucumber in Hendricks😉) - ask for Ashely if you ever need anything! Always the one to go to

Very friendly happy smiley staff unless this was down to the fact how hot he knew the wings would be 🤣 made our work dinner break. Lovely Whitby scampi and chips. Top staff I must say. Thank you

Food cooked to perfection, the order wasn't a small one but everything came out correct and hot and all together was a very relaxed atmosphere, 100% recommended 100% will be back.

i just have to say that my visit the other day was beyond perfect the young lady who seated and served me was wonderful!!! i asked her for her name i believe it was hetty she was amazing her customer service skill were brill, best believe i will be coming back just for that young ladys service and the food which was delightful , 5 stars all around!

Always a cracking atmosphere when attending the Fox and Crown with extremely friendly and helpful staff! The food is also great! Couldn’t recommend a better place to visit :)

Had dinner at the fox & Crown fantastic pub beautiful food and great staff it's the first time I've been out for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed it everything was cooked to perfection and for once it was a home made Yorkshire pudding witch is a first wev been a few times now and because the foods so nice wev already booked for next week.compliments to the chef and staff for running a pub you really want to go back to time and time again..

Food was really awesome. Really enjoyed it and the staff were excellent. Toilets could do with a bit of modernisation but were okay. Would strongly recommend and a solid 5 stars.

Fantastic pub. Excellent facilities. Free parking and free WiFi. Food is delicious and always hot. Drinks are top quality. Staff are friendly.

We had a large party for a 40th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Food, staff and service first class 👌

We go to the quiz night on a Tuesday,always good service and tasty food,would recommend booking a table as it gets busy.

A great place for a meal. Very friendly staff but the toilets could do with a overhaul as it looks dirty and dated
