My partner and I have just had a fantastic stay at Broome farm. The room was lovely and very spacious. Hilary was a fantastic host, and the breakfast was amazing, as well as the cider cake! It was a great location for us for walking in the area. Some great walks just a short drive away. The Yew Tree Inn is alao does a great pizza - which you can walk to from the property.

I have been staying with Hilary at Broome Hall Farm these last five months, once a month, in order to complete a course I’ve enrolled on nearby. I am so happy to have called Broome Farm my home away from home and have enjoyed the hospitality and warmth on offer in addition to the comfortable atmosphere and divine setting. I feel so lucky to have found this little gem and can’t wait to keep visiting in the future!

Hilary and her team were absolutely amazing. Hands down the best place my partner and I have stayed while on vacation! The breakfast was DELICIOUS. Our room was pristine and well put together.
It was my birthday weekend when we stayed and they prepared a lovely mini cakes plate for me with a candle. Was so happy and appreciated the thoughtfulness. There’s also a factory where you can buy cider..a family business that’s run by Hilary’s brother. I definitely look forward to staying here again and will tell everyone about this absolute GEM!
Can’t forgot about their friendly dog :)

We had afternoon tea there. The food was wonderful and all home made and the owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. A beautiful setting.

My wife and I stayed here two nights for a short mini-moon in late October, Hilary was so welcoming and the house, grounds and our own little cottage style apartment were beautiful. Situated a short drive out of Ross on Wye this was the perfect relaxing environment to unwind, with complimentary cider cake, ciders, coffees teas biscuits and a breakfast to die for. Especially enjoyed the fact there was no menu, whatever you wanted it would be freshly made to order, full English or smoked salmon with eggs, porridge, filtered coffee I could write a whole essay on how good this was. Will definitely return, and for longer, to what felt like a welcoming home, an excellent B&B experience

We have stayed here twice before. The junior suite is very comfy and cosy with outstanding views. The breakfasts are amazing. Hilary is the perfect hostess. We are hoping to go back before the end of the year. It truly was a lovely holiday.

This really is a great B&B - we stayed here with 4 old friends in early October 2019. From the warmest and sincere welcome, from John and Hilary, through to sad goodbyes our days at Broom Farm were like staying at a luxurious hotel with 6 friends. The old farmhouse is full of character - old world in the very best sense. The cream teas were dangerously delicious and the scrumpy was just dangerous - well it ( or was it me?) had to be drunk to be appreciated.

Surrounded by wonderful orchards and ideally located for the beautiful Forest of Dean - it’s a lovely, hide-away location. With many dog friendly pubs nearby.

A great find and it will remain on our list of favourites.

What a lovely adorable place, peaceful, quiet and a great set up. Breakfast was delicious. The bedroom was quaint and roomy enough for us. We wanted to take the bed and pillows home, best nights sleep ever. John was very helpful and pleasant. Cleanliness was good.
The only thing we didnt like was the musky smell as you walked in, but overall would definately stay again and again. Thank you both for a relaxing, recharging weekend in your home.

I could not recommend Broome Farm enough! Lovely place in a nice tranquil area. Hilary was/is a great host, who cooks these amazing breakfasts to perfection. She went out of her way to buy me a bottle of Sriracha hot sauce as well. The homemade products were delicious - we left with some homemade butter and some cream for us to make butter at home as well. The cider in the fridge + the cider cake were yummy!
While staying here, we also did the cider tour, and I have to say it was the highlight of our trip. Mike was a great guy, who is very knowledgeable and passionate about cider. We left being able to appreciate cider much better - if you stay here, you MUST do the cider tour.
Will definitely be back!

Beautiful orchard that brews their own organic cider. I'm not into cider much but their different brews went down very nicely. Look out for their yearly festival, they can accommodate campers too! 😃

Really lovely and very homely.
Great effort has gone into this place to ensure that you are looked after. So peacefully remote yet with a barn full of cider just in reach.
What more can one want.

There aren't enough superlatives in the English language to describe our stay at this fantastic location and the splendid people who looked after us, out of this world.
