This is my local shop and he's such a nice happy guy who you can have a laugh with. Always willing to help. It's only a little shop but I've never had him say he hasn't got what you ask for

refused to take parcel stating they didn't have room even though supposed to be a fed ex drop off shop. Useless

Unless you are buying from them they are not interested in the slightest, not sure why they decided to start sending and receiving parcels in the first place if its an issue every time.

Worst ever staff! Experienced traumatic treatment for sending a parcel through UPS. The staff was extremely rude and made me wait outside the shop in freezing cold when I challenged their irrational, unhelpful and rude behaviour. I would never recommend it to anyone. I wish there an option of giving 0 star to them or even negative stars. Worst ever experience. Really feeling low and traumatised!

Rude sales assistant and tried to charge extra for a dhl delivery to shop very rude told not to have big parcels delivered again...no worries won't be using again and have reported
