Had to sort something out today, the staff were really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to do all I needed.

A great team and friendly branch...I must particularly thank Owen who has been a great help over the last few months while I've been changing account details and moving home..always friendly and helpful who goes the extra mile..much appreciated 👍

Very impressed with the help that Jennifer gave me on Monday. Had huge problem with an account for a relative abroad and she took time to solve the problem. Didn’t think there was any banks left that would actually take time to help. Feel very encouraged to open my own account in the co op now. Thank you.

Poor service been constantly trying to get statements.
Even contacted customer service they arranged for a quarterly statement and I'm still waiting.
Obviously not a customer focus company!

Reported card lost on 20th july. It is now August 2nd still no card spent 30 minutes on the phone to be told that the card will be with me in 5 working days. No offer for taking the cost of charges incurred or the loss of earnings in order to try to resolve the issue. I advise everyone to use a different bank.
