Received very professional and knowledgeable service from owner John, who knows a thing or two about Mercedes Benz cars. He found me a little A class with low mileage and in great condition. Car developed a small problem and John sorted it out very quickly within the warranty period. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought a 2010 fiesta from GB Cars recently and it was a very quick, honest and trust worthy buying experience. John really looked after me and put my mind at rest. I was worried about buying the wrong car. It only took about a week from first seeing the car to owning it, the car also came with a month's mechanical warranty which boosted my already high confidence in the car any issues known on the car were sorted before I got the car and it had a new mot and a service. John was straight to the point, upfront and honest and reasuring. I didn't buy a Mercedes but John didn't try to sell me one or sell me something I didn't want or try to get me to buy a Mercedes.
I will definitely recommend GB cars if anyone asks if I know a good car dealer. And maybe next time buy a mercedes.

My partner has part exchanged his old Mercedes (which was originally bought at GB Car Sales and been a really good car) for a Mercedes SL.

Just purchased yet another great Mercedes from John at GB Car Sales. A beautiful C220 CDI Sport Estate. Went to see the car and it was just as described, if not better, and an absolute dream to drive so bought it on the spot. Very low genuine mileage, great condition with MOT and just serviced. What more could you ask for and at a great price for a great car!

Honest Review - Bought a lovely A150 from GB Car Sales around six weeks ago.
When viewing the car, both John & Charlie made me feel immediately at ease and there was no pressure selling whatsoever. Everything from viewing the car, test driving the car and purchasing the car was all done at my pace.

The car did have a slight issue about two weeks after purchase which GB Car Sales repaired at my own convenience and the service was excellent.

Moral of the story - If you see a car either on the website or driving past the forecourt, just pop in! The car will speak for itself and John and Charlie will put you immediately at ease.

I purchased a 61 plate Mercedes C-Class estate from John, overall experience and customer service was faultless, the car had to go back for a minor issue, in which John didn't hesitate to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. After being let down viewing a car. We found GB car sales. Right from the first phone call to check they were open ( it was a bank holiday) John was very polite. We went to view a e class estate. After have a very good test drive where I was able to get a bit of speed to see how the car responded and John taking us to a quieter place so the other half could get use to the car. We decided it was the car for us. After a few days there were a couple of issues that needed rectifying which John sorted without question.Would highly recommend John and Charlie There politeness and knowledge is above and beyond any other car salesmen I've ever met.

Purchased a loverly clean Mercedes from GB car sales and paid less than the guide price, John and Charlie were superb really helpfull and the car was serviced with a full MOT and was valated fully.
After 4 weeks the car still drives like new and looks great everyone loves it and its used more than our new car as its super quiet.
