Perfection Alloys

Dropped off a set of Porsche alloys to the team last week and they were turned around and done in the correct Porsche paint code just as I requested. Communication was great and service was brilliant throughout. Well worth the money going for a proper company that strip them back and bake them instead of a cheap prime and spray job. Will be taking all of my cars to perfection going forwards.

Very happy with the spot repair by Malcolm on a new (to me) wheel, while other places were insisting that a full wheel refurb was required (and they couldn’t guarantee a match to the other three wheels anyway). Looks brilliant, thank you! Easy to deal with and great results. Would not hesitate to recommend and I will use for all future work!

Genuinely can’t fault any of the service at all, all the team was friendly however Danny went above and beyond, stayed a considerable amount of time to help with my car as the battery was flat. Always honest and the work was done earlier than I expected, but to a lot higher standard than I expected aswell, 100% would recommend and will deffo not be going anywhere else again. Genuinely can’t praise everyone there enough, top service and I genuinely mean it..

Excellent service from start to finish.
This is the second time I’ve used Perfection Alloys - the first time for diamond cut wheels refused for my parents, and this time for a refurb and repaint (to a different colour) of my car’s wheels - before and after pics attached (went from silver to a shade of anthracite).

I’m very happy with the service provided and the quality of the work done, both times. I highly recommend them!

I couldn’t be happier with the wheel repair done by Perfection Alloys this week. For less than half the price of one new wheel, they made all four wheels look better than new. Each of the wheels had some damage, from quite minor to one which I doubted they could repair, it was that bad. Danny suggested painting the spoke accents to match the car colour…BMW Carbon Black…a notoriously difficult colour to match. When I saw the wheels after the repair, I couldn’t believe they weren’t new, except for the colour-matched accents. All four wheels look absolutely perfect. The company name of Perfection Alloys is dead on. In the end, I got four perfectly restored wheels for a very reasonable price…and extraordinary customer service from start to finish. I drove an hour to bring my car to Perfection Alloys, even though there are many shops closer to my home. I’ll drive there again if I need wheels done on any car I own. I’ve added two before pictures and one after. You won’t have to guess which are which. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Fantastic Job completed on my 340i, very friendly and welcoming staff. Meet Dan upon arrival and was looked after by Emily who was very nice and kept me in the loop with the process. Absolutely loved the refurbished alloy job they completed on my car. I’d Definitely recommend & would also come back for any future work.

We had two wheel's repaired by Paul this morning, what an excellent job he's made of them would certainly recommend him and perfection alloys.

I bought my Golf GTD knowing that I would want to refurbish the diamond cut alloys as they all had a fair bit of kerb damage to them. My usual mechanic recommended Perfection and I’m really I went with them. They were so professional and got the job done quicker than expected and the wheels look amazing! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful at all points of the refurb. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for the best quality results and the ultimate in customer service, You MUST use this firm. From start to finish I received exceptional service from Danny and his team. I had one wheel which required attention, after completing the initial painting it became apparent that this required special paint and this was obtained and the whole complete process repeated. During this process I was kept fully informed and even had videos sent. I only dropped in one wheel, so it was difficult to judge the colour match and there was a very slight difference. Danny was insistent that I must be 100% happy and went well above and beyond to make sure I was fully happy with the end result. I now have all matching wheels and again a video sent, also in the video the car could be seen to have been protected from dust with a cover, which again shows the care and attention to detail they take. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for such an amazing job the wheels look fantastic and what an incredible customer service.

Update: I have just had another 4 diamond cut alloy wheels refurbished at Perfection Alloys in Leicester, and they are perfect. A beautiful job, from a highly professional company. They removed some serious kerb damage from one of the diamond cut faces, and the wheel is as good as new. Amazing finish to all 4 wheels, and the work is guaranteed for life! I will certainly use this company again.

Used via an alloy protection insurance policy I bought with my car. Kerbed a wheel resulting in nasty scratches to the alloy. Easy firm to deal with, always prompt and friendly emails. Had my wheel couriered to the firm and returned the same way. Took one week from start to finish and result looks excellent. One suggestion: it's hard to source a cardboard box of the correct size and strength, would be a good idea if Perfection could supply these.

From my initial enquiry to collecting my car today, the whole process couldn't have been easier. Amazing service from Emily, who has answered my many questions along the way. Really clear communication and realistic timescales given throughout. My alloys look amazing and I have no complaints whatsoever. If only every company was as easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

My daughters alloys were damaged, buckled, leaking air and the request was to resolve all of these issues and Perfection delivered. No issue was too much trouble and myself and daughter are very happy with the completed job and the customer service given (Emily). Would recommend, hence my 5 star rating.👍👌

Superb. You don't stay in business as long as Perfection unless you're doing something right.
Mercedes 10 spoke AMG alloy refurb - they fixed... Buckles, a crack, remove dodgy overpaint, re-cut diamond finish, powder coat inners, full lacquer, tyre change, new TPMS valves, new bolts as well as removing old overtorqued bolts. All four wheels for the price of one brand new wheel from my local Mercedes dealership. And a lifetime warranty.
