We picked Red Lion because they gave us the most competitive quote we received but we'd choose to use them again based on quality of service. They were absolutely fantastic, the three men sent for our move were efficient and polite and they brought everything they needed to move everything safely, securely and cleanly. I was slightly dreading moving day but these guys just made everything easy. They were also kind and flexible when our moving day shifted around a bit due to external circumstances. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Red Lion have just helped my mother move to a retirement flat. They were friendly, helpful, listened to what was needed and confirmed their understanding. On the day, the moving guys were beyond our wildest expectations. Everything was packed up by 9.30 in the morning, and once we had the keys, the unloading was probably less than 1.5 hours.
I cannot speak highly enough of their attitude and attention to detail. I would 100% recommend them.

My partner and I recently moved from Cardiff to Leeds for work. Naturally we were stressed by the logistics of this reasonably long distance move. However Red Lion did such a fantastic job with admin, contact and planning in advance of the move day that we felt at ease. We agreed a 7am pick up and they were bang on time. Our movers were lovely and took great care with our belongings. Overall this was our easiest move and I would recommend using them for your move too! Great service and great value for money.

Amazingly efficient move 250 miles up the country from Somerset to North Yorkshire. The team managed to get everything packed within an hour despite 2 flights of stairs and limited parking and were unpacked and gone by the time I caught up with them at the destination! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Excellent service again from Red Lion Removals. My partner used their services previously and was really pleased, so we decided to go with them again for our move in Bristol and were assigned a different team. Marius and Vali were incredibly efficient, friendly and careful with our belongings. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture and did everything so fast. They made sure to bubble wrap and carefully handle our fragile items. They also made sure to lay down carpet and door protection and made no damage to either flats or any of our items.

Our new flat is located on the second floor and the team did not make any complaints despite how much hard work it was, they were truly amazing.

The communication with the office team was also very positive and straightforward, and they provided a very competitive quote.

This company does not disappoint, I will keep using them for all my moves within their area, great job everyone, thank you so much!

Red Lion Removals were incredible. I couldn’t believe how quickly the team emptied our house with care. My move involved a long distance relocation and the whole team were patient and understanding, very friendly and pro-active. Due to illness, we were nowhere near ready to move, but Red Lion Removals were efficient, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They helped take the bed apart, un-plumb the washing machine, then plumb it back in at our hlnew home, without being asked. They put the bed back together, along with the recliner sofas. They had a lot of rubbish and boxes to get round, bit did this with no fuss, but in good humour. Would highly recommend. Start to finish, this company deserve the 5 stars.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We were relocating from Cardiff to Swansea and we had quite a few dates fall through but Adrian and the team were brilliant, they moved our dates multiple times without any problems, their communication was fantastic and they really put us at ease at an otherwise very stressful time. On moving day they were punctual, efficient friendly and clean, everything you could ever want from a moving company.

Red Lion have helped us move house twice now and been brilliant both times. They did our packing both times too - I’m always amazed by how fast and thorough they are. I’d recommend them very highly.

Our sale wasn't confirmed until 2 days before the move, Red Lion removals were wonderful. We had 5 men who helped to pack everything up and they cleared our house in a flash. Absolutely nothing was damaged, they treated our furniture and goods with great care. They were cheerful and a pleasure to be with. I have great respect for how hard they worked. The cost for the day was very affordable and great value for money. I would highly recommend them.

Used Red Dragon. What an experience! I had very short notice for moving. Called Red Dragon and they managed, to book me for a time slot on a Saturday. My removal men were Stefan and Mihai. I was in second floor flat with no lift moving to a second floor flat with a lift. Got to the new residence to find the lift out of order. Stefan and Mihai worked really hard and with graciousness as they were not expecting to hump very heavy appliances again. I hope I am in my forever home but if I were to move again I would not use anyone else. Red Dragon will always be my first recommendation. Well done to Stefan, Mihai and Adrian for such a great experience 😁

This is the second time we have used Red Lion Removals in the past few years, and we could not recommend them enough!
The boys worked incredibly hard from start to finish and took so much care and consideration. They made sure everything was covered and safe (even our internal doors) and nothing was too much trouble. They were incredibly polite and friendly, and even checked if we needed their help with anything else before they left.
You don't need to look any further for a removal company - these guys are the best there is!
