Had a brilliant dinner here with my husband. Staff were fantastic, couldn’t praise them enough. Lovely customer service. Drinks delivered quickly. Food great, quick and all hot. My burger was awesome, husbands steak cooked correctly. Dropped one star for food as his chicken was too dry. Will definitely be returning.

The place itself was warm and cosy with comfortable seats, the service was excellent with all the staff extremely friendly and helpful, they also took time out to check if the food was up to expectations which it was, they also made friendly conversation with myself, my partner and my daughter and granddaughter.
Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of hours made better by your excellent staff (look after them they're doing an excellent job).
Will absolutely return for another visit and recommend to friends and family.

Had a fabulous Sunday Roast dinner and dessert. Best food we've had in Caerphilly. My mum enjoyed her Mother's day out. Brilliant service, smiles and great atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and attentive without being bothersome, nothing was too much for them to provide. Menu was good selection, vegetarian and gluten free options too. And it was delicious!

Ordered drinks while choosing food. Food arrived - still no drinks. I could see people walking in after we’d ordered were getting served and When asked where they were, was told the “ticket” drink orders would be dealt with soon. Sorry but not efficient- and not enough staff there.
I have booked for a table of 8 and hope we’re not disappointed.

Had a lovely evening with my friend the other week. Lovely vibe and all round fantastic service from the whole team. Great food cooked by Jake. Best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. Would 10000% recommend to anyone in or around the area.

It’s my first time in the UK and the portions at the Red Kite had my jaw drop to the floor. The fish and chips and peas were amazing. My partner (Welsh) and I made it our mission to eat at Red Kite for most of our stay at Travel Lodge, because the food was amazing and the waiters/waitresses were just as amazing! Im glad we tried Red Kite out!

Went here on a Saturday lunch time (12ish) walked in and didn't need to make a reservation which was great. Found a table which was clean and tidy, the menu was already on the table along with all the sauces etc. Went to the bar and ordered the food and drink, within 5 minutes we had our food, so quick to bring it out, The service was super fast, staff welcomed us, and acknowledged us as we left as well. food was piping hot and delicious. The place was clean and tidy throughout, food was great service was great.. nothing but 5 stars, would highly recommend a visit here!

Great experience, service was like a well oiled machine. Loved the portion size of the mixed grill, good value for money 👌 went with the misses and paid £20 pp.

Lovely new menu, the chicken kebab and flat bread was delicious. Lovely steak cooked perfect. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will definetly be going back soon and recommend it to friends and family

Brilliant kind staff, very helpful. Food was amazing! I have been twice with my partner and it is now my ‘go to’ for any meal out. Very good service!

Good hospitality, spacious and free parking available with access for wheel chair and bathrooms available. Reasonable prices on Menu Although, our order took ages to come. Probably, I was very hungry and our table was a little bit sticky (which I could easily ignore as I am not that critical person and can easily take as human error) because, we end up changing seats to warmer corner moving away from the window as we felt bit cold and not pleased anymore to watch rain 🤣 while patiently waiting and the table was okay.
I recommend Red Kite as one of the thee places to be visited as families, couples, dates and meetings.

The Red Kite is amazing! Very clean and the staff are all very friendly who goes above and beyond their duties to make you feel very welcome and compliments to the chef as the food is very fresh, hot and taste and looks stunning

Lovely staff, always friendly, polite and go out of their way to help. Such a great atmosphere and we always come back! Had a lovely Christmas dinner and a catch up with a friend and the staff made it perfect for us so thank you very much!

Excellent service, every staff member was helpful & happy. Food was outstanding, we were a party of 12 & everyone said what a lovely evening it was. Thank you to all the staff for making my sons 21st birthday enjoyable x

Visited today and there was 8 of us, all of us enjoyed our meals and couldn’t fault any of them. We were looked after by Mary Ann Lewis and she was fantastic, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for her, please pass on our thanks to her as she really made our visit, she’s a credit to yourselves, Great service all round! Greeted on arrival. Shown to table. It was explained how to order food snd drinks. Easy to order at the bar.
Food arrived quickly and hot Good portion size. Asked once during our meal if everything was OK.
Great atmosphere, fantastic re-furb. Very clean.
Will be returning soon.

We had the pleasure of having Christmas lunch at this establishment yesterday, my family were all extremely satisfied with the service and quality of food, moreover we ordered extra veg and roasties which was delicious but we couldn't eat it all as there was so much there.

A big thank you to all the staff who couldn't do enough to make our day as perfect as possible.
