THE furniture shop to go to.

This was my first visit to FW Homestores, and to be honest, it was a pleasure. Martyn, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative. He didn't try and sell me any particular product, and there was no pressure. He answered all my questions and queries honestly and open. If anyone is in the market for furniture, this is the store to go to, not just for a good deal on good products, but for a personal service from a family run independent business.

It is lovely that you can walk around the store without being harassed all the time, the staff were polite and knowledgeable who went the extra mile carrying chairs around the store to check that they were compatible with the dining table. Thank you Martyn for your help.

Staff are friendly and happy to help. It's worth noting there is no pressure or chasing you around from the staff, which is often the case with these industrial estate furniture stores.

What a great place to shop! Was immediately greeted by the very friendly Tracy who advised to call her if we needed assistance after saying we would like to have a look around. She called back on us after our first round of the store to check how we were doing, to advise of the additional 20% discount then left us again for a few minutes to make up our minds. She was extremely helpful with selecting the correct chairs for our chosen dining table and made you feel nothing was too much trouble.
Tracy's conversation was really relaxed and showed interest in us (not nosey though), and the transaction went really smoothly. An excellent employee for FW.

My girlfriend and I visited the store for the first time today unexpectedly. Staff made themselves known to you, but didn’t harass you or follow you around which was great. The shop was filled with plenty of furniture, of all types and styles, and we even found the perfect dining set for our new home! Andrew was very helpful and informative when we told him we wished to buy, and we’re very excited for the piece to arrive.

Very pleasant staff member served us, very helpful and knew everything about the item we bought. Explained everything fully. First time we have shopped here and would definately recommend to family and friends.

Martin was absolutely brilliant, no hard sell but very informative, we left after viewing a couple of items and said we’d return the following day, Martin wasn’t phased by this at all even though he’s undoubtedly heard it a lot from people with no intention of returning. We returned today and he actually remembered us and the item we discussed with him yesterday.
Martin is most definitely the kind of person you want to deal with and if you were an employer someone you’d want working for you and promoting your brand.
