Trelai Park

A lovely place to walk my dog and even better now the scramble bikes are not allowed

Did a parkrun, very muddy and so much fun. Easy to find and plenty of parking

Huge. Woods are cool. Generally clean and tidy, grass kept well, football pitches/goals, ramps, enclosed sports area, boxing gym, beautiful trees, plenty of bins.....the mitorbikes etc are abit annoying but not a daily occurance, car park, enclosed park with swings and slide etc, dog friendly, benches to rest/relax, nursery/childcare......an all round great place

Large empty open space,trees grass and plenty of room to stretch you're legs play footy or roam around the woods, perfect for getting your excercise or clearing you're head,one of cardiff secret gardens, well worth a visit.

Being from Ely this is my local park. Years and years ago you used to be able play golf,bowls and tennis over here but alas not anymore.
We lost our mam to cancer a few weeks ago and she used to walk her dog here a cpl of times a week.
I truly believe that people should do a bit of research, there is a reason it's called "Ely racecourse" I couldn't believe the stuff I found out about it.
We used to ride our bikes upto top of the woods and be there all day.
I miss those times,mam and the adventures we had up there.
Please look at the history and go for a walk in others shoes,both human and HORSES, yep I said horses

Plenty of space for adults, kids and pets to have fun. Parking is good for all. Great place.

One of the biggest parks in Cardiff, lots of grass areas, quite tidy for its size, it has Forrest trail as well all the way to Leckwith, there is always spaces for parking free of charge, nice to go for exercising or just for a walk- the perimeter is about 2 miles long,a good 25 minutes walk,

Great Park has plenty of open space. A enclosed play park for children. A huge footballing venue for local football teams from very young to older. A lovely walk for dogs

Good parkrun course, helpful volunteers

Good set up! Lots of football pitches with decent shower's too. Plenty of parking Saturday mornings can get pretty busy!

Just wish you could cross the River over There.like the one thay have on birdies lane. it be a Great idea as it link the bicycle path over on the other side. that takes you to Cardiff bay.

Trelai park was buzzing last night with junior teams training, it was a wonderful site, to see kids running around chasing a ball.
The coaches who give up their time are to be applauded, well done.

Great scooter and bike ramps. Great field for a dog walking. Amazing astro turf football pitch. Small but good park

Lovely enclosed up to date park, hard floored, lacks an adult swing.
Everything you'd want your your younger children.

Nice & quite park to walk your dogs lovely and clean nice relaxing walk pleasure to go there feel stress free after my lovely walk tere. Well done to the guys who keep the park is nice for a all.x

Lovely open space to walk your dog. Play sports and exercise. Beautiful colours at this time of year.

Kids love it over there. They play in the park, run around, climb trees, go for long walks & ride their bikes & scooters.

I enjoyed the walk haven't been for a while it was tiring and took longer than it should but got there in the end and enjoyed watching my grandson wear himself out lol
