A truly brilliant experience of hot and cold therapy in beautiful surroundings.

It's hard to put into words how good this place is, you've gotta go there and experience it for yourself. Josh, Chris and Craig are so welcoming, supportive and encouraging helping you push yourself to new levels physically and mentally.
There was the perfect balance of everything, from breathwork to climbing ropes to team challenges to muddy wet crawls and I'm so excited to go back and do it again.
If you're after an experience you won't ever forget then hurry up and get to Green Mile Training Camp! You'll come away feeling like a new (and improved) version of yourself.

Myself and a few friends booked onto The Green Mile Open and it was nothing short of amazing!
Genuinely couldn't believe how knowledgeable the coaches were. It was another level! They pushed you but in the best way; they made you believe that anything was possible if you set your mind to it.
I can not recommend this enough to anyone who fancies a challenge and wants to learn more about themselves. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Also, THE BEST BBQ afterwards.

We recently took our U11's rugby team to the GreenMile training camp and I cannot recommend it enough. The boys and girls had a blast and learned some invaluable lessons. It's a fantastic venue and wonderful experience. The staff were fantastic throughout and it was delivered very professionally.

The Green Mile Training Camp is a one-of-a-kind place to challenge yourself with exercise and functional fitness that you've never tried before. I'd been keen to train outside for a while but never knew where to start as public workout spaces don't cater for beginners and don't offer a massive range of things to try. The guys at the camp are welcoming, supportive, and so so invested in making everyone's session amazing, regardless of experience. I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of it, and excited to see how far I can go 😁

Love this outdoor gym. The lads who run it, keep the training engaging, and accommodate all abilities. Brilliant resource in Taff's Well.

Although entitled "Lads & Dads" we actually went as a family of four - two lads & Mum & Dad!
This was a fantastic morning and Chris was thoroughly engaging and informative from the off.
Chris is a great guy who was so very passionate and enthusiastic about the course we were about to embark on and it's certainly something that each and everyone should experience...basic survival but so massively enjoyable.
May we take this opportunity to not only thank Chris for his time but also Josh who took the time trouble, effort and patience to interact with both our sixteen and seven year old. All questions were answered and we came away beaming and majorly informed. These guys definitely deserve a visit and we're confident that anyone who books this course will be buzzing upon their return journey home!
Thanks once again fellas....five stars all the way!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've learned so much about myself. How resilient the body is, how resilient the mind is and how capable I am learning new skills. Would highly recommend for any team building event as this one of the best I have done if not, the best.

Absolutely loved our session with The Green Mile today, we brought 30 members from our gym of all fitness levels and they catered for everyone! We all came away smiling, aching and planning our next event with them! Awesome, you won’t regret it!

Attended the 'Dads 'n' Lads' session on Sunday the 13th February 2022 with my 9 year old son Harley. First site of the GMTC is very impressive. Set in beautiful Welsh country you immediately feel that you are 'in the wilds' despite being only a stone's throw away from the A470.

We were met by Chris at the training camp who introduced himself and explained what would be going on during the session. From the get go you felt that you were in the company of someone with a wealth of experience in this field and a real desire to impart that knowledge in the attendees. There is something here for everyone. Whilst the kids love the dirt, the leaves and jumping in the stream to collect pebbles for their water filters you could sense that the dads (myself included) were desperate for Chris to regale us with more and more military anecdotes.

A short walk from the RV point sees you at a cabin where the primary training takes place. Chris spoke to the kids and us Dad's about three primary objectives when looking to survive in the wild; shelter, water and fire. He was engaging and approachable throughout and responded to questions from both the old 'uns and young 'uns with equal enthusiasm and humour.

Josh attended part way through and added a further positive dynamic to the group activities by ensuring that people were enjoying themselves and able to undertake some of the tasks that Chris had given to us. Between Chris and Josh you never felt isolated or forgotten or just a number in and amongst other attendees. It felt very much like you were under their personal tutelage.

Harley had a blast and would have been quite happy spending the day foraging, building things and lighting fires. He did try to get me to allow him to jump into the plunge pool but I'm not sure his mother would have been best pleased so I politely declined his request.

Chris was engaging and approachable throughout and demonstrated a clear empathy for the kids in the room who varied in ages. Whilst it is entitled "Dads 'n' Lads' it would suit anyone: mums 'n' lasses, grandparents and grandkids. It's really for anyone who wants to rebuild a connection with the land around them and nature generally. If you're of an age where you used to play in the fields or woods as a kid then you'll no doubt love watching your kids/grandkids/nephews and nieces etc. getting dirt on their hands instead of Xbox RSI.

What was abundantly clear from speaking to Chris and Josh after the session was that, unlike many businesses, theirs is built on a more philanthropic ethos. You got the sense that whilst building a successful business was a key element, it wasn't the only one and that there was something that went beyond maximising profit and treating participants as data points and commodities. It was refreshing and inspiring.

If you're thinking of it, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed. Myself and Harley intend on signing up for any new courses that Chris and Josh intend to run in the future. In a world that seems to becoming increasingly more difficult to navigate and complex for kids, this is just the ticket. Back to nature, back to family and back to us all being kids playing in the woods!
