I always love going here, decent prices and easily laid out store. Especially love going here during the holiday times of year, lots of decorations for Halloween and Christmas. Lots of art and craft stuff, party stuff, tools for the other half to look at whilst I get lost else where 😅 highly recommend ⭐

Good selection of Halloween goods and many Christmas items for sale. Able to buy what I wanted. Plenty of spaces in car park.

Very large spacious floor with a variety of goods including a small selection of snacks, cleaning products, homeward and furniture. Easy access for disabled users with plenty of car parking spaces.

Awesome Place Needed Tools For Work They Have A Wide Variety Of Different Things Depending on Your Needs

Excellent customer service from the manager + staff today. We bought a side table that was in a box. When we got home & removed the packaging we found it damaged. One call & were told to return it no quibbling & the manager informed us there was a replacement one for us at the checkout. He arranged that it was taken out of the Packaging + checked that it was OK. 5 stars for excellent service would give 10 out of 10

I love What's, I live in the North East of England and we do not have these stores, so each time I visit my Uncle I stock up on items. Great value for money and amazing selection of items.

Always enjoy a stroll around this store even if I'm not looking for anything in particular which was the case yesterday. Came across Jack's Magic compost of which a strapping gentleman customer helped put the 4 bags I wanted onto a strategically placed trolley for me after seeing me struggling lol
Paid for them and a few other items and a kind gentleman said he'd put them in my car. Turned out he was the Manager Tim and not just a random guy (his words lol)
This was very much appreciated as I have bad arthritis in my hands. Thankyou for your help Tim 😁

Very good experience with What. Ordered furniture there was given a delivery date which gave me time to sort my room out. . Had a phone call from the delivery men 20 mins before arrival. These two guys were absolutely marvellous unpacked the furniture gave me time to check it all overthrew were so thorough and meticulous in putting the furniture where we wanted. Nothing too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10.

It's one of those stores where you easily spend £50 on nothing in particular !! Good variety of thing with an impressive gardening section outside. Very helpful staff
