My daughter is a driving instructor and the front coil spring had snapped , this resulting in cancelled tests the following day , I rang RVS and explained my situation and they had me to drop the car to them and rang me within 2.5 hours to say the car was ready , we were gobsmacked , the young lady actually passed her test then the following day

We were let down by another garage 2 days before our vans MoT expired. Called RVS who unlike several other places answered the phone straight away with “I’m sure we can help”. Dropped the van off at 2pm the following day and MoT and requested brake fluid change we’re done by 4pm with a helpful call to let us know it was ready for collection. They have helped with a puncture once before too- we will certainly be using them again. Thanks RVS.

The webasto petrol heater in my Alphard campervan had a fault, which turned out to be a crushed exhaust, not only did they fix the problem but they relocated the exhaust & wiring to help prevent it from happening again. They offered me a lift to Pugh's garden centre while I waited. I chose to walk as it's under 1/4 mile, a lovely offer all the same. 1st class service at affordable prices.

Took my car there for Air conditioner diagnostic and repair, they sorted out the problem efficiently and with no fuss. Very friendly staff and I even managed to get a cup of coffee out of them...shame they didn’t have a hot drinks machine though for the customers.
