Excellent service from Molly this pm - I rang no que answered straight away by Molly she was very helpful and friendly she took details and within hour call received from gp with appointment fir this afternoon. Mollycwent over and above and also helped me with another query

I visited the surgery today 02/05/24 and had the locum, he was absolutely amazing, what a fabulous doctor, and reassuring experience, I hope he stays.

Taylor on reception very helpful this afternoon she was more than happy to help with a smile she sorted out a query for me and another family member Thank you Taylor.

The level of care since i swapped doctors has been spot on compared to the other doctrs in caerphilly i was with, every time i have had to go its been spot on. receptionists have been very good too.

I went to see Dr Hansel on Thursday 23rd of November. It was the first time I have seen him. I hope he gets to hear of my response. He was very understanding and very professional with regard to my personal issues. Very good Doctor.

Friday 7th October 2022.
I spoke via telephone to a receptionist at 8.00 am this morning to make an appointment. The receptionist apologised that I had to wait to speak to her. She listened to my requirements and suggested a date and time to see GP. Consequently I was immediately put at ease with a positive outcome. Thank you for your time.....

To be fair I think this gp surgery very good. I book appointments online . Unless urgent I've been seen thesame day. When gp thought they needed to see me.

Been a couple of times recently. Receptionist were professional and helpful. The doctors are always professional, examine thouroughly and listen to your concerns.

Me and my family been with them for almost 2 years. Never had a problem. Always answered the phone with a polite manner and everyone I spoke to was helpful.

I have been with the surgery for at least 55yrs .
I have found the new management and receptionists excellent

Doctor Dier. Is a fabulous doctor. Very understanding. And does all the necessary tests.

My Auntie has been in huge pain leading to sleeplessness and anxiety. Both Receptionist and Dr. Royal have treated her today swiftly, with a home visit, with kindness, efficiency and care. Thank you so much, NRMC!
