Well they have taken action against me so I may well be a little bit biased. Not a massive fan . However I have had a couple of communications with them and have found them fairly responsive.

The service was reasonable. The administration and accounts management ranged from hostile to bizarre.

Absolutely vile firm - receptionist I spoke to didn’t have human empathy. I phoned after receiving a letter since not being home for a few weeks and she took joy in telling me they registered a ccj against me that day a few hours before i called. I said what does that mean for me as I’ve not had it before and she just said ‘ that you have a ccj’ like a robot. I could hear the smirk in her voice.

Absolutely no human decency with any of these people.

Horrible company. They bypass all the rules, get a ccj through. Attach it to your house and pretend they are doing it for their “client” - it’s not for client. They are the same company. Rude staff. I am surprised courts allow this sort of company to represent the law.

Seems to only reply to emails once a week. Shocking for a lawfirm.
Sent 2 website messages, and daily emails for 5-6 days, also sent email to complaint email provided on their website, no responce. Got to the point I was about to send a recorded letter to make sure firm actually exists because zero responce on an urgent matter being handled by themselves.

They lied about having to get 'permission' from Barclays for a settlement offer. Upon discussions with Barclays, they advised me they had nothing to do with the debt anymore. Untrustworthy company.

edit: Make sure you send a formal CCA request to these guys if they write to you, and don't accept any fake documents. Get advice for any 'formal' documents they send, as they WILL try and blag you into paying up under false pretences. A lot of their 'debts' are unenforceable, as they dont have the evidence. Be careful!

Theives and liers. Took two payments from my account then denied it. Got bank statement as proof. Unauthorised and taken without my consent so THEFT. Avoid giving kerns your bank details

I had to constantly call them email them I was exhausted they kept delaying my letters it took 4 weeks to get some proper advice by this time the 2 months had dissipated so the tenants were still in the property a month later ! I still haven't had a response ! All solicitors tell lies in and abundance it's what they do ! I choose these has They were recommend !
I personally couldn't recommend them because I gave them all the documents and information and four weeks later I still haven't had a letter sent to the tenants

If there was an option of 0* that's what they would be given, most unapproachable company I have ever dealt and no affinity to people with mental health issues.
