Beth and the Team from DecoHeat have been excellent. The professionalism and customer service has been top class. We are really pleased with our new log burner and the fixes to our chimney. Would highly recommend them !

Excellent service from start to finish. Great value for money; we had the chimney pots/breast fixed for damp, old fire place removed and new unit installed - all in two and a half days. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Beth, at DecoHeat, has been extremely helpful & patient with us keeping us informed & up to date on a regular basis, which was greatly appreciated. The construction of chimney breast etc & installation of burner along with all that entails was carried out without fault or fuss by Tom. We’re extremely happy with the end result & have no hesitation in recommending DecoHeat.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. From having a blocked up wall to opening up and creating a stunning fireplace, full plastering of the chimney breast and fitting the surround, all work was carried out with care for my property - flooring and furniture covered and cleaned up too!

I never thought I’d say this but I’m looking forward to the winter months so that I can use the beautiful Contura stove. Great company to buy from. Beth was a delight to work with, great advice and organisation of fitting. Fitters were very helpful.

Absolutely brilliant, had my log burner fitted today and the service was excellent the two chaps who fitted it were a pleasure so polite and professional, they are a credit to you. Mess was minimal and they covered all the furniture and cleaned up all the hearth and any residue of soot. Highly recommend. Great customer service from start to finish.

Lovely company, filled with great quality stoves and firepits. Always ready to contribute to the local community, recently gifted the local Scouts group with logs and kindling so that we could fundraise by roasting marshmallows at the winter fayre. Great folks

Just been up to Deco heat Cardiff store to pick up a Companion set that was ordered in for me.
It was so nice to experience such good service from 2 young people!

I can't recommend Deco Heat highly enough. The service the team provided from start to finish was exceptional, especially Beth in store.
She listened carefully to my needs and worked really hard to find the perfect product that met with my criteria.

What can i say but what a fantastic company and workmanship is top notch. They guys came yesterday for a simple fit and sweep for a new fire, low and behold it was issues after issue, but to be fair to the gent's they certainly went above and beyond for to get the issues resolved and fitted. All i can say you want a company to come and get the job done, leave it clean and a smile on your face at then end of the day look no where else.

Excellent service from start to finish, didn't have any idea what I was looking for Beth helped me choose what was best for me and I'm delighted with the result . The boys that fitted the burner were great , we had a little hiccup along the way which was dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend.
