Absolutely fabulous service!! I ordered a load of cake boards and drums on a Monday and they were here on Wednesday :-) All of the products are well made and perfect for what I needed. The website is easy to use and orders over £30 are free delivery! I have attached a pic of a recent cake on one of your cake drums before I put a ribbon on it and also a pic of Halloween themed chocolate oranges I did using your cake cards :-) Thank you Vanilla Valley I will be ordering again soon. Just received another fast delivery from this outstanding company. I ordered it whilst on holiday on Friday and we had just got home on the Saturday when it was delivered. Just like to say thank you to all staff at VV; you have a customer for life.

A great selection of disney cake topper figurines, very well designed, not only do they look good on a cake, they're nice to have as ornaments on a shelf or similar. I used the Maleficent & Aurora figures just for a bit of fun on the beach with photography.

I made these flowers with Saracen modelling paste. It is the best I have ever used. I could roll it out until it was almost transparent and it didn't stretch and tear like most modelling pastes do. Absolutely fantastic.

My package has just arrived! Items were beautifully and securely packaged. I am makingand decorating my own wedding cake with my sister and the edible lace for the outside of the cake is gorgeous! I ordered two flower sugar paste sprays and both are also beautiful and so well made. Each rose/Ranunculus individually protected with foam padding! Oh boy!!! I hope I don't ruin the decoration! Would 100 percent recommend!

Although the product selection was a little low (which is to be expected at this time) I managed to order almost everything I wanted. The prices were very competitive, and they kept me up to date with my order. When it arrived it was very well packed and had been delivered using Royal Mail (thanks goodness!)
I haven't used any of the items as yet but I'm excited to give them a go! Already recommended to my mum and will definitely use this company again.

This is the second time I've ordered from Vanilla Valley and both experiences have been really positive. The website is great, has a wide range of stock and they re-stocks items really quickly. The delivery is fast and everything turns up safe and packaged well. The products have always been fab! I do shop around online for my goods, and I find that Vanilla Valley are always really competitive and have the best prices for great quality products. As somebody who is new to baking I've found them to be the most reliable and easy to use, 10/10 from me :)

Website was easy to use and there was plenty choice. I managed to find exactly the colours I wanted (gel food colours) at a reduced price! Very pleased with my bargains. Delivery was very quick and efficient too, hardly had to wait for my parcel to arrive. It was well packaged and everything was in perfect condition.
