I used this company a few years ago on an emergency 🆘 💦 plumbing job in my house, where I put a screw through the pipe. He came to my rescue and solve the problem.
I then required a new boiler unfortunately for me. I forgot about this guy and got somebody else round who completely Let me down never answered texts or phone calls or responded to voice message. Then I remembered about this guy.
He fitted me a brand-new boiler at a reasonable price never let me down and I must admit his pipework to the boiler is exceptional quality.
Well mannered and trustworthy to leave in your house, while you go work to earn the money 💰 to pay for it 😆
However, I think a little bit more communication to let you know he’s definitely coming to do your job the day before and respond to Tex’s to let you know he has understood and received them would not go amiss, not a big deal though.

One thing he did let me down on, as far as I am aware, was not cementing round the flu outside maybe he was just scared of going up a small roof ! 🐈
