I hesitated to go to this Post Office branch for my holiday money after the awful reviews but it is my closest and I wanted to check it out for myself.
I was very pleasantly surprised - the two lady staff smiled and said hello as I approached the counter and the lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. I told her about the reviews and she was very taken aback. Time to redress the balance!
The phone number listed on the web-site is incorrect by the way!!

Every time I go in this place it is an absolute nightmare trying to deal with the two women behind the post office counters. The blonde haired woman today refused to take my Evri parcel simply because the barcode was not visible enough apparently. I then had to take the parcel to the Kiosk on Heathwood Rd, CF14 4HS where they accepted my parcel. This incompetent woman should be fired. She is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The brown haired woman on the other hand is very patronising. This place should go out of business.

Don't bother using the Post Office, and ignore the opening hours. Waste of time, space, and oxygen.

In contrast to previous reviews, staff member was both unhelpful AND unpleasant.

Unhelpful as others have said. Main counter was closed so went to the spar store tills where they have a small post office counter set up, however the staff (though pleasant) tell me noone there at the time was trained to use it. This counter has been there possibly a year now and still noone can even use it. Might as well just say the post office is closed on sunday, instead of advertising online and in store that it's always open.
