I always enjoy my visit to Captiva to have my hair done. From the time you check in at reception, the service is impeccable. Hayley had been doing my hair forever, at least 18 years. She knows exactly what will suit my hair and takes time to talk me through it. I've recommended Hayley to family and friends who wouldn't trust anyone else with their hair now. An added bonus is always a lovely coffee while being pampered.

I always go to Eden for my colour and cuts! She nails it every time. I’m always changing my mind and asking her to do all different things for me and she’s always so accommodating and helpful. I leave so happy after every appointment! My hair is so healthy and fresh for weeks and weeks I love it! Definitely recommend Eden at Captiva Spa, she’s brilliant xxx

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Captiva Spa & Salon in Caerphilly, and I must say it was a delightful experience & the atmosphere exuded relaxation and tranquillity.

The receptionist, Summer, was an absolute star. Her warm welcome and genuine friendliness immediately made me feel at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the services offered and patiently answered all my questions about the treatment.

Wonderful venue to be pampered and looked after on every occasion. Have used the Salon many times. Becky is an expert in colouring and styling my hair. She is always professional and attentive to ensure I am happy with the finished result. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Many thanks.

Have been having my hair done here for many years now by Jodie who's always been my stylist! She's an absolute colour miracle queen, I've had many colours and every time my hairs looked amazing! I travel from Cardiff just to come here and I would highly recommend Jodie, by far the best!

I had a root touch up and cut and curl this week with Hayley. We are very used to one another but Hayleys attention to detail and listening to what I wanted are second to none. I had 2 inches cut off but also restyled a little and I am delighted with the result. The colour as always is refreshed and the whole experience was very relaxing. Other staff are also very pleasant and welcoming and I will continue to use Captiva as I have for the last 10 years or so as I have huge trust in Hayley and her skill and warmth.

Love getting my hair done here by Hayley! Always professional and courteous as are the others but Hayley puts me at ease and she never fails to make my hair look amazing, such a treat I can’t wait to go back! The salon is so nice and I would certainly recommend to others. Thank you!

As soon as I arrived at captiva I felt so welcomed by summer at reception. She was so friendly and made me a delicious hot chocolate while I waited for my appointment. I then had my colour and blow dry with Eden, she was also so lovely and gave me exactly what I asked for, I will definitely be visiting again!!

What can I say. Ill be honest I’m not a a fan of going to new places for my haircut. But wow what an experience from start to finish Hayley was amazing. Made me feel so welcome from the off, went through what I usually have done at the barbers, talked me through everything she was going to do in detail and made me feel at ease at new place. Extremely freindly person had a few laughs which made things a lot easier and as for the cut I’ll be honest it’s the best I’ve ever had. It was exactly what we discussed amazing hairdressers and a brand new lifetime customer thank you Hayley

Ive been going to Captiva for my hair for the last 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jodie always makes me feel amazing and the team take great care of you. In fact, last time I went I had a slice of homemade brownie which was such a lovely treat
