Friendly staff - always helpful. Vets are sympathetic and efficient. Fairly easy to get an appointment too.

I can not fault valley vets. I moved to the area and tried the other local vets before lastly trying valley vets until myself and my gang felt happy. I clearly saved the best until last. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Staff are always friendly, always make a fuss and put my mind at rest. 🐾 💚

Lovely caring vet practice, we dog gets stressed at the vets, but the vet was calm and caring which made my dog at ease .

Words cannot express our gratitude to Gordon and his amazing team at Valley Vets Caerphilly. They have looked after our two goldies Will 11 yrs old and Rosie 3 since they were pups. Will has suffered with arthritis for a few years but thanks to his medication was happy and pain free until October 2015 when his arthritis became much worse and he was unable to weight bear on his back leg, causing him to be in a lot of pain. He was referred to Bristol animal hospital where he had the hock joint in his back leg fused. While there he became very distressed and chewed at the wire cage causing a lot of damage to his mouth and teeth. We where so pleased to bring him home where under the care of Valley Vets his mouth was treated and several damaged teeth removed. Not long after this Will began vomiting and following an endoscopy was found to have a stricture in his oesophagus causing problems with swallowing. During the months that Will was poorly the whole team has been amazing. They are professional friendly and have provided excellent care and prompt treatment and have treated Will with kindness and respect. They have also been exceptionally thoughtful supportive and reassuring towards us during a very stressful time, constantly checking Will's progress by phone between visits to the surgery. We cannot speak highly enough of them and the work they have done getting Will back on his paws and would not trust our two best friends to any other vets.

Great staff, very accommodating, wonderful and calm vets, and lots of calming products available for waiting pets. Very skilled at keeping pets healthy, and diving good advice. Can't recommend enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the team here are outstanding, I have been happy with every visit, this practice care so much about their pet patients, Beth and the team go out of their way for us and we really appreciate it, thank you so much for all your hard work

Parking can be an issue during school run hours.

I have only just started using this vets .I took my rabbits in for check ups and a neutor. My poor cat then got unwell and valley vets was my choice of vets after seeing how kind and gentle gordan was with my rabbits .unfortunately diagnosis wasn't good and the rest of my beloved Jessie care was handled with Laura. Last night we gave our Jess her last kiss goodnight .laura and her staff were amazing and compassionate to not just the cat but to us her owners.i would 100% recommend these vets ! .

The care my Golden Retriever Morgan is receiving from Gordon at this practice is excellent. We feel a valued client and that we are in the hands of a competent professional who loves animals.

A great team at Valley Vets Caerphilly, who are always welcoming and attentive to my dogs, and me. I've always had such good service and care from them.

They kindly squeezed in my cat Max when he developed an abscess on his paw and it swelled up to twice its normal size at the start of the lockdown. It saved him a lot of pain and discomfort. Many thanks.
