Costa Coffee (Broadwater)

Lovely team on this morning,12th April 2023 (Jabe, Jet and Alyssia I believe), the place was very clean and tidy and the atmosphere was great. The vibe was of an independent coffee shop and this is purely down to the staff I think! Special mention for Jabe who is always super friendly and chatty - all three are a credit to the Costa concession owner. The tea and tuna melt were pretty good too!

We stopped off here to have a look at the shops.It was very cold, so we called in for a hot chocolate and sausage roll. It was very nice.

I regularly frequent Costa in Broadwater and feel I have to give a 5* review. Some reviewers are quick to give a negative review but not so quick to give a positive review.
The staff including the Manager are super friendly, always offer great customer service with friendly smiles all round, even when they appear rushed off their feet at peak hours or understaffed. The atmosphere is always pleasant and my coffee is always served hot and to my liking each time.
I hope the lovely staff including the Manager at Costa Broadwater get the recognition for their hard work and great customer service.
I recommend Costa Broadwater, especially if you want a friendly hot cup of coffee.

Always visit the broadwater branch as it’s always a lovely experience. The staff are always welcoming and engaging. Some of the best customer service you well ever receive! I was served by the store manager who even though looked very busy, took the time to ensure she gave excellent customer service herself. Very impressed and will definitely continue to visit in the future. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Broadwater Costa has to be my favourite cafe here, it's such a welcoming and safe place here ^_^ the staff are so friendly and i try my best not to visit everyday lol!

Always great for a coffee and cake . But Wi-Fi is not great ! 😌

The man that served me was really nice, the atmosphere felt calm and the texture of the drink I ordered was smooth (I got a frappé) An overall 5 star experience

Very friendly, always go the extra mile and it is a great place to sit down and relax with plenty of space.

Great friendly staff. I had my stick and they were so helpful asking if I wanted my purchase carried to my car. They had run out of cream (on hot choc) and were so apologetic. When I explained it was for the homeless man, the manager said she would personally go out and apologise and take him coffee when she finished. They helped me choose some food for him and packaged it up in a little bag so I could easily carry it over for him. One thing I did notice which I havent in other Costa's is that there is a nice amount of space around the till and counter area, making it much easier if I was in my wheelchair. A lot of coffee shops have the seating crammed in and not a lot of room to move around, but this shop seemed to have plenty of room. I certainly will go back!!

One of my favourite hang outs in broadcaster (worthing in fact) so much better than the filthy Starbucks down the road. I can always get a seat but don't feel like it's a ghost town. They always make a great flat white too!

Always a great customer experience here. Majority of the staff always take time to talk with my little boy (which is a massive bonus) I rarely have to tell them my order as they remember. All this means we'll keep coming back

Staff are always really friendly and serve lovely coffee! Also think the reward app is great!

Such a fabulous establishment run by an exceptional lady Florence who not only takes care and pride for the place but to her customers also, she always remembers my name and all previous conversations we've had, it truly is a highlight to my Week knowing I'll be in a place with someone who truly cares for her customers. Really friendly staff, they seem to know all of the regular customers and what their drinks are. Customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are all of.a high standard. Would 100% recommend.
