Good guys, really trustworthy and know their stuff, have used several times and always had good service.

My grandmother was cruelly scammed and the scammer locked her out of every account and her devices. Simon at WebWorks spent hours working on her laptop and fixed every scrap of damage done by the scammer. It took all day but he got everything sorted. Kind, humble, brilliant and patient, I could not be more grateful for this shop and service. They have saved the day!!!!

Dave is just brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his fantastic knowledge. My very old laptop had all but stopped working and I was concerned about my documents. Dave recommended a high quality refurbished laptop as a replacement and successfully transferred all my documents from the hard drive onto it. The 'new' laptop is lightening fast! All my documents are safe. I have also quickly got back working my old specialised software which Dave was able to give helpful advice about. The whole experience was very easy and quick and it is such a relief to be up and running again - everything safe and sound and superfast to boot! Thank you Dave - we are very lucky to have you in Stroud.

5 stars, my first ever 5 star review. Immediate professional help, my laptop was overheating so I brought it in, there was no que at the time so they opened it up straight away and gave it a dusting, fans were clogged.
Brilliant service, cannot reccomend highly enough :).

Recently had a custom computer built here. They asked all the right questions to get the requirements right and got it in budget (and not only just). Once a spec had been agreed and parts ordered all I had to do was wait. It was built in a short time which was good too. The computer itself is perfect for my needs. It looks excellent. Overall a professional, helpful and quick service.

Also I should mention that they do repairs too here and also that other members of my family have used WebWorks and the service has always been great.

These guys are fantastic - very helpful and diagnosed my faulty computer quickly.

Simon also did a rebuild after my case got damaged and the care he took was unreal… even things like the cable management was done meticulously and I’m super impressed/grateful - thank you!

Really helpful team, very knowledgeable. I took in my Mac computer for some advice as it was running very slowly. They knew exactly what the issue is and advised me on making a new purchase even though this wouldn't be a sale through them. Thank you Webworks for your tech support!

No pushy sales pitch; honest, impartial advice; keep you informed; preliminary checks carried out free of charge; did an excellent job of repairing my laptop and recycled it for free when it’s motherboard finally gave up the ghost.

A excellent shop! Had a laptop fixed and upgraded here. Great service, the staff will explain the options to you - wont try to rip you off but give you different options. Friendly and courteous, and work really fast. they offer a lot of services and are well priced. Support local business, you wont be disappointed!

Just brilliant - these guys rock. I'm not a serial reviewer, but any store that takes 30 minutes to look at your machine, give it the once-over and suggest what you could do to sort it out in 5 minutes (as opposed to spending £££) deserves a 5* medal review any day. Either the perfect business or the craziest! Shame no one has asked them to sort Brexit really..... thanks guys.

These people are lifesavers and technical wizards. Great, speedy service. My laptop just suddenly died mid way through me writing a really important report and I was on a deadline. They took my laptop and had it sorted by the end of the day. Really reasonable costs too. Thoroughly recommend!

Home isolated and lap top failed, contacted WebWorks and Dave came and collected and repaired with in 2 days.
Excellent service, friendly and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Needed an emergency laptop in a hurry but I'm hugely picky about the brand. Knew what I wanted (and why) and I walked out with a good refurbished laptop of the type I like for a reasonable price. Hope it does good business because shops like this deserve it.

I've been a customer of webworks for years both for buying and maintenance of laptops. I completely trust them and find them very helpful and down to earth. As well as being local and small. All good!
